**About the Position**
The FIRE Service Supervisor will support the Contract Manager with a range of client facing activities/hands on experience completing a range of works whilst managing the performance of a team of technicians.
If you are a Field Supervisor managing a small team of Technicians on a static site and wanting to take a step up and want to work for a dynamic team backed by a leading global organisation, this could be the ideal role for you!
**Here's a snapshot of your day:**
+ Support the Contract Manager in delivering outcomes for a key group of clients via a team of technicians
+ Provide cutsomer service, maintenance, and repairs to various types of Fire equipment
+ Establish and maintain strong client relationships
+ Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
+ Coordinate, compile and submit the required paperwork and other procedures
+ Attending callouts as per rostered requirements
+ Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments, keep up to date with the latest changes and advances in the Fire industry
+ Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct
+ Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
**The Ideal Candidate will have:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fire service technician, with experience as a supervisor
+ A- Grade Electrical License
+ Highly developed interpersonal skills
+ Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements
+ Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships in executing the Tiffany Touch and committing to the highest standards of customer service
+ Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills in accordance with TCO training modules and standards
+ Cultivate customers with personalized interactions
+ Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate
+ Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior
+ Manage customer issues/complaints
+ Become an active member of store team to support the initiatives and efforts of the store and the company
+ Ensuring the health safety and welfare of yourself and others at work and complying with system put in place to manage health and safety
+ Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching
**Experience:**
+ Minimum two years retail experience preferably within the jewelry industry
+ Previous expert selling experience
+ Demonstrable problem solving ability
+ Strong customer service ethics
+ Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
+ Strong computer skills - Word, Excel and CRM
+ Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist Subcontract Administrators in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity
+ Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements as assigned
+ Prepares bidders' lists and pre-qualifies bidders
+ Forms bid request packages and issues bid request packages to approved bidders
+ Coordinates bidders' questions and answers to those questions
+ Receives bids and evaluates bids commercially
+ Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations
+ Recommends and secures approvals in accordance with established procedures
+ Prepares subcontract documents for execution
+ Prepares and organizes assigned meetings, such as pre-bid, bid clarification and pre-award meetings, for the purpose of ensuring complete understanding and agreement between Bechtel, the customer and contractor on all contractual matters
+ After reviewing plan and agenda with supervisor, conducts meeting and prepares and issues meeting notes delineating important statements, required actions and schedules
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Basic knowledge of contract management for multi-disciplinary firms for major infrastructure projects.
+ Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups.
+ Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable commercial regulations and practices, and Bechtel policies, procedures and work practices.
