+ Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-value Defence projects.
+ Manage complex procurement and contract management activities in alignment with Australian Defence standards.
+ Serve as a trusted delivery partner to Commonwealth project leads, industry stakeholders and technical teams.
+ Ensure project governance, schedule, risk and financial controls are rock-solid.
**Qualifications**

+ Demonstrated experience in PMCA or similar delivery roles within Defence or government environments.
+ Deep understanding of Defence project frameworks, including the Defence Capability Lifecycle.
+ Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and interface with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strong commercial acumen, particularly in procurement, contract negotiation, and performance management.
+ Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance

Working with the wider Project Management team, the Translation Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects with a focus on quality checks to completion whilst ensuring IQVIA's standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completion
+ Liaise with the client to assess and agree project parameters and requirements
+ Assess project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines effectively
+ Establish and maintain excellent relationships with freelance and in house linguists globally
+ Monitor and manage the status of assigned projects to effectively anticipate and prevent issues
+ Accurately complete project finances including quoting and budgeting
+ Prepare and maintain project documentation and information
+ Understand and adhere to the Quality Management System
+ Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures and SOPs
+ Assist in the maintenance of linguistic assets including glossaries and style guides
+ Ensure that high quality is maintained for all projects through QA checks
+ Prioritize assigned QC tasks to effectively deliver on time
+ Responsible for ensuring that target follows source, and no text is missing including all tracked changes in source documents are accurately implemented in target translations.
+ Meticulous review and verification of documents, focusing on both linguistic and non-linguistic elements to maintain high-quality standards.
**Key Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Project Management in the Language Services industry
+ Bachelor's degree, ideally in a linguistic, business or scientific field
+ Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be advantageous
+ Excellent written/verbal communication skills
+ Excellent attention to detail to ensure that high quality standards are maintained
+ Ability to meet strict deadlines and to manage competing priorities and changing demands.
+ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently whilst using own initiative.
+ Demonstration of advanced IT skills
+ Experience working with TMS and CAT tools, experience working with XTRF and/or memoQ would be highly advantageous
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients
+ Experience in multilingual quality control or a related field.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
+ Native / fluent Japanese skills are highly sought after
+ Experience with different language scripts and alphabets is a plus, particularly Korean

**Job Description**
With continued growth across ANZ, the Resources and Industrial (R&I) team have opened an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with demonstrated mining, heavy industry and industrial experience to help drive the technical outcome for a range of projects and be a growth leader from our Perth office.
**How you'll make a difference**
+ Collaborate with industry leaders and technical specialists whilst working as part of a dynamic and consultative team on major mining projects both across Australia and internationally.
+ Manage, plan and deliver a range of projects for Industrial clients varying in size and scope.
+ Assume the role of Project Manager across projects, managing the contractual obligations on behalf of our clients.
+ Build AECOM's pipeline by meeting with clients, contractors and industry stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions, promote AECOM's client-centric culture and ensure our client's expectations are satisfied.
