As the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst, you will partner with the HRIS Team and applicable HR COEs to design, configure, test, and maintain data and business processes within our Oracle HCM Cloud Human Capital Management system. You will work with functional experts to define user requirements and identify opportunities for system or process enhancement; participate in ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and user security, and the testing for software upgrades and new module implementation that will impact work processes. You will also develop and generate reports for business users. The HRIS Analyst will continuously support and champion system enhancements and new methods to gain efficiencies within global hire to retire business processes.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Maintain current and daily HR System activities including global business process functionality, workflows, data validation, content/data migration, integrations, conditional rules builds, reporting, new releases implementation, and support for HR and HRIS peers and functional leads/end users across the organisation.
+ Create reports within the HRIS (Oracle HCM Cloud - OTBI) by understanding and triaging business needs internal/external to HR, including calculated fields. Ensure meaningful and actionable report output. Validate and test report structures to ensure security of information. Schedule delivery of reports to gain efficiencies. Document report specification and usage. Organise and maintain OTBI folders and files.
+ Identify and support opportunities to optimise implemented HR data and processes by understanding HR business requirements including global alignment of data sets and lookups.
+ Apply system new release knowledge to current system configurations to support globalisation of all modules and the inclusion of AI technology. Complete visual data flow tools, process mapping and implement recommendations per organisational priorities.
+ Train HR Shared Services team members (current and new hires) on HRIS system (Oracle HCM Cloud) usage as necessary. Report on usage and performance, as necessary.
+ Provide Tier 2 service support to Abt Global Australia's home office and program staff for Oracle HCM Cloud.
+ Support Abt Global Australia's home office and program workforce compensation cycles in Oracle HCM Cloud, including merit increases and bonuses. Support other business cycles that might not be globalised.
+ Partner with Enterprise Platforms to provide support for Abt Global Australia payroll integration including enhancements and troubleshooting when errors occur.
+ Other duties as required.
