**Job Summary**
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes through strategic collaboration, effective onboarding, and ongoing support. You will build strong relationships, drive measurable results, and influence client retention and growth.

**Essential Job Functions**
+ Lead **structured onboarding** for new clients, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
+ Provide **orientation on All Access Pass** features (content, technology, services).
+ Conduct **discovery sessions** to align learning strategies with client goals.
+ Provide **training tools, and templates** to drive engagement.
+ Build and maintain **trusted client relationships** , ensuring measurable success.
+ Conduct **business reviews** , assess performance, and explore expansion opportunities.
+ Advocate for client needs internally, collaborating across teams.
+ Travel occasionally for **client and internal meetings** .
+ Monitor **client engagement** , proactively addressing risks and ensuring satisfaction.
+ Influence **subscription renewals and growth** by showcasing impact.

**Key Measures**
+ Client subscription renewal and expansion, revenue retention, ideally at 110%
+ Client utilisation of All Access Pass content, people services, and technology
+ Successful partnership with the integrated account team
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 3+ years designing corporate learning and leadership development programs.
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
+ 2+ years of upselling and cross-selling solutions to clients
+ 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Customer Success Manager or similar.
+ Experience managing multiple projects, balancing priorities with attention to detail.
+ Background in a subscription-based environment, focusing on retention & growth.
+ Strong verbal & written communication, including facilitation in live or virtual settings.
+ Analytical approach-able to interpret data & trends to drive success strategies.
+ Proficiency in IT applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom/MS Teams).
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and SharePoint.

+ Assist with the coordination of pre-hire checks. Notify applicants of results. Schedule and track orientation.
**Onboarding and Offboarding**
+ Assist the HR Coordinator with on-boarding activities for new hires (new hire set-up, job descriptions, paperwork).
+ Follow all employment compliance standards for newly hired employees (I9, Job Requisition Files, Personnel Files, etc.)
+ Maintain and validate all personnel records in HR Systems (ADP, Emplive, Mhub.)
+ Follow-up on all outstanding new hire paperwork.
+ Assist the HR Coordinator with processing resignations and ensure Associates are removed from relevant systems.
**Training**
+ Generate learning reports to track training compliance, learning, and development.
+ Assist with coordinating training sessions for Associates.
**Associate Relations**
+ Support with promoting TakeCare events for hotel Associates.
+ Communicate with the wider hotel about Associate activations.
+ Celebrate Associate birthdays, anniversaries and organize monthly awards.
+ Assist with the facilitation of the Marriott International Engagement Surveys to ensure 100% completion.
+ Respond to general inquiries, questions, and requests from Associates about the company, the brand, Human resources processes, policies, and guidelines.
**Administration**
+ Assist HR Manager and HR Coordinator with all administrative tasks.
+ Ensure uniform compliance, organizing the uniform room and sorting Associate laundry.
+ Ensure Canteen is restocked.
+ Maintain back of house cleanliness and signage.
**Compliance**
+ Assist management with HR Audits. Maintain tracking systems to ensure all audits are completed timely and accurate. Assist with department LOA procedures and processes.
+ Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading.
+ and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**About You**

+ Prior experience in an administration, reception or HR role
