- Assists with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.
- Assists with ensuring compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.
- Assists with ensuring medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.
- Facilitates random, reasonable belief and post accident drug testing process (in properties where applicable).
- Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.
- Assists with ensuring all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc.

As an Assistant Manager Human Resources,you will be responsible in providing an excellent and consistent level of support to the Human Resources department and Hyatt Hotel associates.
**Some of the responsibilities include**
+ Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient funning of the department, ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
+ Manage the administration of Taleo recruitment database, responsible for the recruitment of entry level associates up to and including Assistant Manager.
+ Ensure that all occupational health and safety practices are adhered to and to actively promote and be a member of the Workplace Health and Safety Committee
+ Assist with completing and submitting the Divisional/Regional Human Resources reports as requested
+ Assist the Director of Human Resources with the day-to-day administration of Workcover Claims, rehabilitation programs, including liaising with key stakeholders.
+ Facilitate training sessions to support overall compliance, as well as service standard requirements

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner preferably within a large multinational organization.
+ Experience working within a multinational and commercial organisations.
+ Sound commercial acumen to interpret business priorities into organisational and talent implications.
+ Strong influencing, communication, and business partnering skills.
+ Good knowledge and understanding of HR systems such as SAP (SuccessFactors) or similar systems (Workday, Oracle etc).
+ Strong HR analytics skills and proficiency in Excel.

Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. In this role, the successful individual will lead the regional "in the field" employee education and training activities supporting CRM employees including new hire training. You will play a critical role in being the education lead for product launches, as well as be accountable for development and promotion of programs and resources essential for annual re-certification and continuing professional development.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Ensure Medtronic personnel maintain a high level of technical proficiency with products, technologies, and relevant procedural training.
+ Develop, implement, and oversee a structured annual recertification program that reinforces marketing strategies and ensures the continued enhancement of technical skills.
+ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute education plans for new product launches, coordinating training initiatives for both Medtronic field staff and customers to drive successful adoption of new technologies across ANZ.
+ Active involvement in new hire training by supporting in-person training, plus field coaching, supervision, and competency assessments to ensure readiness for certification.
+ Support the customer education manager by involvement in customer events and training programs as required, to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals.
+ Monitor and manage product training metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 7 years of professional experience in electrophysiology, nursing, allied health, engineering, and/or the implantable cardiac devices.
+ Knowledge of education and training techniques; valuable to have certifications in instructional design or adult learning.

In your role as Analyst, you will deliver quality service to management and employees by responding to HR inquiries and processing transactions in an accurate, timely fashion.

**What we are looking for:**

+ Educated to HSC level or equivalent
+ Further education in Human Resources advantageous
+ Appreciation and understanding of Human Resources including dealing with confidential data
+ Extensive experience using the full MS Office suite including, Powerpoint, Excel, Work and MS Teams
+ Experience using Workday for the management of Human Resources data and processes
+ The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
+ Is a team player
+ Well organised with demonstrated experience in effective time management, execution and accuracy
