Job Description

**Position Purpose** : Deliver World Class Service to our clients through the provision of Implementation and Consulting services. Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for all projects in line with ADP's methodology (includes deliverables document and project management plan).
+ Delegate and manage tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
+ Manage issue resolution and follow-ups for all projects.
+ Manage the ongoing quality of deliverables.
+ Attend and chair project Steering committee meetings
+ Ensure billing is in accordance with contractual arrangements.

+ Escalate issues to the Implementation Leader on a periodic basis or as required
+ Manage project post implementation review process and coordinate agreed actions with the Implementation Leader
+ Provide guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding the implementation of deliverables, project concepts, and schedules to ensure management of client expectations.
+ Setting ground rules with client's Project Manager for the project according to the ADP Project Management Methodology
+ Establish and maintaining project files, according to the ADP Project Management Methodology.
+ Ensure Client requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
+ Delegate tasks and responsibilities to project team members
+ Follow up and monitor delegated tasks and responsibilities and ensure compliance with ground rules and milestones.
+ Liaise between the client and ADP Client Services, including Client Project Manager, project team members, ADP Client Service leaders and Sales consultants.
+ Manage client project expectations. Provide an escalation point for project issues
+ Foster team work and ownership of team tasks
+ Manage internal interpersonal issues
+ Manage the ongoing quality of service provided
+ Identify and apply improvements for implementations and methodology.
**Experience** :
+ 3 - 8 years of experience working in a complex operational/implementation/service delivery role.
+ Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role.
+ Payroll Implementation experience.
+ Planning and resource scheduling skills or experience
+ Ability to manage and lead a team of people
+ Ability to write project documentation including
+ Written plans
+ Timetables
+ Gantt charts
+ Implementation plan / Change Management plan
+ Risk assessment plan
+ Project budget
+ Cost-benefit analysis
+ Statements of work for suppliers and service providers
+ Quality assurance report.
**Qualifications /Certifications** :
Tertiary qualification in a related field.
3-5 years Systems Implementation Experience
PMBOK or other PM Qualifications
Membership of PMI or AIPM.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ADP MNC Service Offerings, Solutions, and relevant templates, ensuring services delivered meet the template guidelines.
+ Adherence to ADP Global Compliance and Security mandates, including completion of all directed mandatory training.
+ Contribute to pre-sales support activities.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Experience**

**Position Title:** Workforce Manager (WFM) Lead Implementation Consultant

Implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

+ Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions.
