The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning of inbound freight in to Fulfillment Centers and execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing vendor and seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Melbourne/Sydney
Key job responsibilities
- Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience
- Be owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
- Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
- Launch programms, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
A day in the life
As an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You'll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you'll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
You'll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

# Project Overview:
Bechtel Mining and Metals offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the mining sector across multiple commodities including Iron Ore, Bauxite, Alumina, Aluminium, Copper, Gold, Coal, Lithium and Rare Earths markets.
Bechtel has been engaged to undertake a Feasibility Study through to EPCM construction and commissioning by one of our key clients. This Project involves greenfields and brownfields developments including earthworks through challenging terrain, construction of new crushing facilities and transmission line installations.

# Major Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of experienced Contracts and Procurement professionals to foster a high-performance culture and deliver on supply chain and project objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Professional experience in either supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and/or e-commerce industries,
- Relevant program or project management experience in a similar role,
- Experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams,
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization,
- Ability to prepare, report and analyse large sets of data,
- Knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL at a medium level,
- Experience defining program requirements including using data and metrics to determine improvements,
- Knowledge of Tableau at an intermediate level (ability to create reports).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership,
- Experience in driving process improvements,
- Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.

The Supply Chain team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations and business initiatives. Flow Control acts as bridge between all operations teams across first, middle and last mile and is responsible for seamless planning and execution during peak and off peak periods. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams, senior leadership along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions.
An Flow Control is a highly visible and emerging role in Amazon AU from driving ownership, earning trust of stakeholders to delivering results. This position involves regular communication with Operation Teams, senior management, and project sponsors on status, risks and change control. Flow Control will focus on deep diving forecasting performance to build a robust output, by keeping plans, feedback and goals aligned between all the above mentioned stakeholders. This role will oversee the ownership, coordination and administration of all aspects of an on-going program including volume and capacity forecasting and execution.
The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Transportation. You know and love working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and enthusiastic about partnering with the business to deliver results. You would be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

**Position Overview:**
At Boeing, we are looking for a talented **SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst** to be based in our **Melbourne** office in a hybrid capacity. This role is to enable Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) to gain as much value as possible from our SAP Supply Chain system.
Working Within Boeing's Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) group, this role entails extensive engagement and management of internal customers and stakeholders. It involves analyzing both business and technical requirements to effectively drive key business objectives related to applications and infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise and custom-built applications throughout the entire software lifecycle.
Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.
**About the Role:**
+ Provide hands-on functional configuration and support across SAP supply chain modules
+ Analyse current supply chain processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
+ Gather business requirements and write functional specifications for system enhancements
+ Triage, investigate and resolve logged support incidents
+ Replicate issues reported in production to assist developers in coding fixes
+ Perform unit and system testing, test defect fixes and system enhancements
+ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
+ Prepare training documentation and train end users
+ Participating in continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 2+ years of hands-on SAP SCM functional experience and expertise in one or more components of the SAP application portfolio as per below:
Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) (preferred)
Sales and Distribution (SD)
Procurement (MM-PUR/Ariba)
Materials and Inventory Management (MM-IM)
Finance and Controlling (FI/CO)
+ Prior experience with systems implementations, upgrades, configuration, testing, documentation and reporting
+ Strong understanding of system integration points
+ Proven senior stakeholder and business leader engagement skills, including regular experience of developing, documenting and presenting briefs and project updates
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically distributed team
+ Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
+ SAP certification in relevant modules
