About the RoleWe're looking for a driven Account Manager to join our high-performing APAC team. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, driving retention, renewals, and growth. Responsibilities
+ Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring retention & customer satisfaction
+ Build trusted client relationships and anticipate customer needs
+ Drive adoption of solutions through proactive success strategies
+ Collaborate with Sales & Product teams for seamless onboarding & support
+ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with BDMs to close deals
+ Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues

Requirements
+ Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
+ Background in financial crime compliance, fraud, or identity solutions (highly desirable)
+ Experience with SaaS/technology solutions and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
+ Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
+ A team player mindset with a results-driven approach

What you need is:
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture is highly desirable
Previous experience in any customer facing roles
Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently
Hands-on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to our customers, using platforms such as Salesforce to keep track of everything, and collaborate with a variety of departments
Previous experience in the Construction industry or related industries is advantageous
Time management, planning and prioritization skills
Maintain a valid full Australian driver’s license – we'll provide you with a company car, be sure you’re ready to drive
Internationally or domestically mobile with the desire to develop and outperform
We will also consider candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas

We’re currently on the hunt for an experienced digital media salesperson to join our team at LiSTNR , Australia’s largest-reaching digital audio network. This role focuses on servicing Sydney’s leading independent media agencies and direct clients.
As a key contributor to the continued growth of LiSTNR, the successful applicant will confidently leverage our dynamic, market-leading platform—delivering content-led and data-driven solutions to meet client needs and drive business success.
What does your day to day look like?
Maximise digital revenue across all SCA products including LiSTNR streaming and Podcasts, SoundCloud, Sonos Radio, social media & video.
Develop new digital clients and build retention strategies across key agency patch
Collaborate with radio sales teams to develop multi-platform advertising solutions
Ensure digital budgets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal department and external clients
Above all, be the face of the LiSTNR brand among your client patch and have fun doing it
What you’ll need:
2+ years media experience in a sales or client focused role
Established client/agency relationships in the Sydney market
High level understanding of the media landscape
Understanding of programmatic transactions & audience segmentation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
Strong negotiation skills
Superior presentation skills and able to deliver solution and customer focused communication.

Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule (including presence on jobsites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory
