Weatherford is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our artificial lift operations with primary focus on reciprocating rod lift (RRL) systems, pump shop operations, and field service excellence. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline required.
+ 8-10 years of oilfield service operations experience with significant focus on artificial lift systems and RRL equipment.
+ Proven supervisory experience managing field service teams in challenging operational environments.
+ Strong technical expertise in beam pumps, artificial lift systems, and maintenance engineering with failure analysis capabilities.
+ Experience with SAP-PM or similar maintenance management systems for work order management and planning.
+ Comprehensive understanding of oilfield safety practices, regulatory compliance, and HSE leadership principles.
+ Professional engineering certification, Middle East operations experience, and artificial lift technology certifications preferred.

+ Interpret customers' needs and take ownership for problem resolution

+ Proactively resolve difficult repairs by using the Service Escalation process and liaising with APJ and Global Service Specialists.

The Field Service Technician role is responsible for attending to customer premises to carry out servicing, inspections, breakdown support and repairs to access equipment including elevating work platforms, lighting towers and telehandlers.
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customer needs are met within their given region.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs of equipment with a focus on elevating work platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers. May work with other types of equipment on occasion such as hydraulic hoses, small diesel engines, etc
+ When attending to customer's sites make every effort to repair machines on site limiting the need to transport the machines off site
+ Be available to travel including overnight accommodation when requested
+ Responsible for completing all appropriate paperwork and inspection forms required by JLG policy, ANZ Standards and customer and/or site requirements in a timely manner

Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of **KC30-A** Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft-a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset, and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.
**Your Role:**
As our Field Services Representative, you will provide timely, expert maintenance and troubleshooting advice on KC-30A airframe, engine, avionics and AAR Systems. You will also be responsible for:
+ Provide technical advice during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
+ Provide Deep Maintenance Support as the Field Service Representative
+ Provide technical and engineering guidance to the Commonweath withina short time frame
+ Be available to deploy at short notice both nationally and internationally for short and long-term deployments
**About you**
As an experienced Field Services Representative, you will understand:
+ Current human factors training
+ A330 or KC-30A Maintenance or Flight Line experience
+ Current CASA or DASA License

+ CAMM2 Operating Experience
