What You'll DoIn the role of Systems Engineer: Shared Space Capabilities Integration, your duties will include:
+ Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
+ Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
+ Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
+ Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
+ Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.
+ Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.
+ Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
+ Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
+ Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
+ Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
+ Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
+ Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.#SF
