+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
+ Own and trouble-shooting new/unknown product issues with a focus on restoring systems to normal service and documenting solutions and updating training materials for the wider audience.
+ Technical/Functional Article and FAQ creation, reviews, and modifications.
+ Assist with Administration for all internal resources. I.e., Ticketing system and Internal Systems where necessary.
+ Assist with support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the management team and the Services team in driving client retention and growth.

Other Duties:
+ Deploying and analyzing code changes via GitHub.

Requirement
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field/role.
+ Experience with all Major OS (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
+ Hands on experience with cloud technologies and services.

+ Familiarity with SSL and understanding of corporate level security and authentication methods.
+ Understanding of APIs and SDKs.
+ Familiarity with ITIL framework.

Overview

About The Position
The Workforce Transformation Data & Insights Analyst is a newly created position that is essential to Snowy’s future growth.
The role has been long-anticipated in the organisation, and there is a genuine desire for it. There is a significant amount of work to be done in this space, so the successful candidate will have a real ability to make a difference and enhance capability maturity for Snowy and its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying advanced analytics and data science techniques to workforce transformation
- Benchmarking Snowy Hydro’s employee experience and workforce planning against industry standards and best practices
- Designing and maintenance of scalable, automated reporting and dashboards
- Presenting data to senior stakeholders to improve the employee experience
- Shaping a data-informed culture within the Workforce Transformation function by contributing to training and sharing of knowledge

About You
- You come from a data-driven background
- You have strong communication skills, both in person and presenting to groups, with the ability to make data concepts understandable
- You’ll bring experience using automated tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Statistics, Data/Computer Science or a related field
- A demonstrated experience of modelling HR data from systems such as SAP Success Factors and familiarity with digital data sources such as survey tools (eg; Qualtrics)
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.

The Senior Principal Data Analyst will provide data analytics, reporting, modelling and data visualisation support to the EAIT Faculty as part of the Learning Enhancement Team. This includes data extraction, cleaning and analysis; student load modelling; plan, program and curriculum learning visualisation and analysis; thematic analysis of student feedback, student progression outcomes and other data analysis and reporting as required to meet the Faculty’s learning and student experience goals. This position will span all areas of the teaching and learning portfolio but retain a particular focus on supporting the forthcoming engineering accreditation process.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Extract, aggregate, visualise, and report relevant data and curriculum information to support accreditation of programs.
- Analyse and interpret data from university systems to enhance information quality and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop, test, and monitor learning performance metrics and indicators affecting students and academics.
- Collaborate with Planning and Business Intelligence to analyse market data for potential new academic programs.
- Advise senior management on emerging data needs related to learning and learner performance, proposing strategies for data collection.
- Design, build, and present clear reports and visualizations using tools like Python, R, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, and UQ systems.

- Excellent interpersonal skills (including written and verbal communication), with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to provide advice and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.
- An understanding and awareness of the environment and current issues in higher education is desirable.
- Experience in the use of the Business Objects and/or Tableau data management tool would be well-regarded.
