+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

**What will you be doing?**
As Consulting Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional technical support to our Australian clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet and exceed their requirements. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting WWT's largest Enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Create and Document a Client Architecture Plan: that outlines key areas for discovery in a templated and programmatic manner, for a subset of WWT's Australian Customers. Update this plan quarterly.
+ Engage in Technical Pre-Sales Engineering: Leverage your technical expertise to understand client challenges and position solutions that not only meet but surpass customer requirements across a range of technologies.
+ Deep Client Understanding: Work closely with clients and the WWT Sales team to gain a profound understanding of customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into tailored IT solutions.
+ Deliver High-Quality Pre-Sales Solutions: Take responsibility for the development and quality of pre-sales technology solution deliverables within the domain of sales opportunities. This may include creating technical proposals, architectural diagrams, and service scopes.
+ Requirements and Scoping Workshops: Actively participate in requirements and scoping workshops with customers, delivery partners, and Sales.
+ Build Relationships: Develop and foster strong relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key services partners local to your region and territory.
+ Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor for the Engineering team, offering guidance on architecture and leading other consultants on solutions and optimization services.
+ Consultative Support: Provide consultative support for enterprise solutions, covering a spectrum of technologies.
+ Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with customer technical management and teams.
+ Identifies services opportunities and works with team to propose solutions and engagements across the WWT portfolio.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
10-15 years of industry experience in client-side senior roles, or technology integrators, or manufacturers. Architectural and technical experience with applications, Infrastructure, Cyber, Cloud, and Networking, Data Center, and End User Experience solutions. Ideally strong Application development technology and Application Architecture history and understanding of current trends and migration strategies. Deep Skills and Knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert in 2 or more critical parts of infrastructure.
Industry Level Certifications including CCDE, CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. Experience in consulting with Fortune 500 IT leadership on deployment of technology solutions, ideally in a sales environment. Ideally working with clients in a digital transformation and operating model design and deployment. Architectural training and/or experience in common methodologies including TOGAF, UAM, etc.
Familiarity with Big Data, AI, automation, end user experience and service management technologies along with cloud technologies including containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, storage, networking, and commercial models at a high level.
Strong presentation skills and understanding of business impact of technology decisions. Motivated to win in selling situations by solving client issues. Passion for learning, with focus on constant expansion of technical knowledge.
**Experience/Background Desired:**
+ 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and Solution Architecture in Enterprise domains.
+ 5+ years of experience in Networking-related fields.
+ A minimum of 3-4 years in customer-facing/consultative roles.

**Title and Summary**
Director, Loyalty Strategy Consulting Sales
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
We are looking for a truly exceptional strategic sales professional to join our Loyalty & Personalization Consulting practice in APAC. Our Practice is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Mastercard and we are looking for someone to fuel our growth in the region by continuing to drive Business Development in the region. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand how our professional services can be tailored to projects that help them achieve their ambitions to drive customer loyalty. This entrepreneurial role is a great opportunity to shape the direction of our regional practice.
Responsibilities
-Drive growth: Continue to drive the growth of our business in AP, with a specific focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets by identifying and developing new client relationships, and growing our existing relationships
-Provide expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our loyalty consulting services as well as broader industry trends to tailor our services to match client needs
-Own the sale: Responsible for the sale of our loyalty consulting services including defining the scope, finalizing the price, all done in collaboration with our partners across Sales and Consulting Delivery
-Lead clients: Cultivate lasting relationships with senior clients (VP+) at leading brands, becoming a trusted partner who can be relied upon to deliver sound advice throughout the sales process and during project delivery. This is a unique role where you will balance both Sales and relationship management responsibilities during the delivery of select engagements
-Collaborate effectively: Work in close collaboration with our partners in the region across Sales, Delivery, and Product to ensure we are bringing the best of Mastercard to our clients
-Sales Pipeline management; accountability of running and process pipelines
Requirements:
-Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand and/or top consulting firm
- Experience working as a consultant or other professional services role with experience selling within the retail, travel, hospitality industry
-Strong executive presence with experience working with regional and multi-national company executives
-Demonstrated expertise in securing internal buy-ins and adeptly navigating a complex matrix organization
-Ability to break down and communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations
-History of navigating ambiguity in an unstructured, high-growth environment
-Understands and can speak to the interaction between business and technology
-High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, ownership, and business acumen
