# Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist Subcontract Administrators in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity
+ Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements as assigned
+ Prepares bidders' lists and pre-qualifies bidders
+ Forms bid request packages and issues bid request packages to approved bidders
+ Coordinates bidders' questions and answers to those questions
+ Receives bids and evaluates bids commercially
+ Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations
+ Recommends and secures approvals in accordance with established procedures

**Role Overview**
The Contracts Administrator works closely with other members of the Contracts team, the Program Management Team and Finance focusing on contract management, responsibilities include negotiating and managing a variety of contract types, as well as initiating, tracking, and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, risks, and maintaining associated documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepares non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, international sales agreements, and other contractual documents.
+ Participates in proposal generation, reviews and approvals as well as generation, review and approval of supplier facing contracts. Briefs management on Terms and Conditions.
+ Review contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as, assessing risk and impact to the proposal utilizing the Company resources including legal, operations, and pricing, as necessary. Identifies significant risks and develops unique contract terms and conditions to mitigate the risks when necessary. Provides alternate terms and conditions to Customer or Supplier.
+ Acts as principal interface with external customers on contractual matters.

We are seeking a client-focused Client Contracts Officer to join our Client Administration Team at Uniting. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely negotiation and issue of Permanent Residential Care Residency Agreements and ongoing financial and contractual support for residents in Aged Care.
Our clients are at the core of what we do, and we’re looking for someone who can bring a considered, practical, and empathetic approach to their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Administration Team and its client-facing functions, specifically for Residential Aged Care services.
- Respond to client and prospective client enquiries, particularly those related to accommodation fee payments and means assessments.
- Coordinate with Residential Aged Care Services to ensure timely processing of bed offers, accurate client documentation, and prompt issue of Residency Agreements.
- Prepare and manage Permanent Residency Agreements, including negotiations, payment arrangements, and transfers of lump sum payments in line with legislative and contractual requirements.
- Monitor admissions and Bed Moves to ensure compliance with security of tenure and pricing provisions and support accurate data entry of accommodation fees and payment details in the Finance System.
- Respond by phone and correspondence to client account and other enquiries.

- Support effective database management through housekeeping activities in the Finance System.
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent clerical/administrative work experience.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the health or aged care sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data entry accuracy and familiarity with systems such as AX/PeoplePoint.
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly in working with older people and their families.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners.
