If you are an undergraduate **IT student** looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month **full time or part time** internship based at our **Scoresby office** . This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing **27th January 2026.** In this role you will work with the team, to engage the business across Asia Pacific providing IT solutions and guidance based on business requirements and IT strategy.
**In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Bring new global solutions to the attention of Asia Pacific IT and business staff.
+ Deliver training and education of IT tools and best practices to staff across Asia Pacific.
+ Internal engagement on issues that need escalation/scoping. (Primarily focused on Microsoft technology stack).
+ Coordinating feedback on change management.
+ Review and certification of new software requests for internal use.
+ Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar.
**About You:**
To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:
+ Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January 2026
+ Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.
**_Note:_** _Applicants that do not meet these qualifying requirements unfortunately will not be considered._
**To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/abilities or be able to perform:**
+ Translate business requirement into potential IT solutions and work with others to validate and deliver these solutions communicate effectively.
+ Utilise a variety of collaboration tools, e.g., Zoom, teams, Microsoft 365 technologies on a Windows platform.
+ Utilise BI tools (such as Power BI) to visualise data.
+ Be open to mentoring and professional development.
+ Work autonomously with the support of mentor and remotely as required.
**_This is a 13-month, full time or part time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program._**

Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with specialization in Computer Vision or Machine Learning
- Experience in computer vision or related fields
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Research experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or broader Machine Learning.
