About the Role:
As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in the Core Technology team,
working closely with the Core Technology Product Manager to drive the successful delivery of
products, tools and services of varying size and complexity. These include the engines that
power our IDV solutions, our face-based authentication product and a suite of internal products
and services.
You'll facilitate effective collaboration between the Engineering, Product Management, Design
and DevOps teams to ensure projects meet timeline and quality expectations. Your role will
require balancing technical understanding, project governance and team facilitation to deliver
value in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
+ Technical Scoping. Work closely with the product manager and engineers to break down
project requirements into technical tasks, identify dependencies, and ensure feasibility before development starts.
+ System Integration Oversight. Coordinate projects involving API development, third-party integrations, and internal system dependencies, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility.
+ Infrastructure & Deployment Coordination. Work with DevOps and Engineering teams to
track infrastructure needs, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment schedules, ensuring production readiness.
+ Project Delivery & Prioritisation. Use lightweight project management processes that support teams without adding unnecessary overhead. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment of team resources, timelines, and priorities with business objectives.
+ Risk & Issue Management. Identify potential obstacles and risks early in the project lifecycle, work to remove blockers, and keep projects on track through proactive problem-solving and escalation when needed.
+ Stakeholder Communication. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical
stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
+ Progress Tracking. Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track the progress of projects.
+ Quality Assurance. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with IDVerse's
technical and business goals, in collaboration with the QA team.
Requirements:
+ 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects.
+ Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
+ Experience managing delivery of web applications and their APIs.
+ Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
+ Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
+ Ability to work in either a remote or hybrid environment, pending location. We

+ Familiarity with AWS, IDV technologies, authentication solutions or neural network

**Position Title:** Regional Project Manager - Project Services
**Reporting Line** : GlobalView Senior Director - Project Services
**Position Purpose:**
As a member of ADP's GlobalView Project Services team, the Regional Project Managers are responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. **Responsibilities**
+ Oversees the development and implementation of the project safety plan and creates and influences the safety culture on site through leading by example.
+ Proactively manages and administers contracts by providing technical expertise and proactive support for large, complex construction projects.
+ Maintains regular communication with the client, statutory bodies, communities and other stakeholders.
+ Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support for a large and complex solar construction project.
+ Monitors the schedule and budget and takes initiative to improve profitability of the project.
+ Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
+ Accountable for project performance and reviews performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
+ Negotiates and issues subcontracts, major purchase orders and progress payments and monitors their progress and schedule.
+ Leads review meetings with the clients and management teams.
+ Develops and ensures successful implementation of the project execution plan, including coordinating project commissioning and closeout.
+ Identifies and manages risk and opportunities.
+ Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors project team including direct and indirect reports.
+ Establishes the culture of providing continuous feedback that provides opportunities to individuals to reflect on their performance.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
+ 10-15 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring skills preferred.
+ Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture by application of health, safety, and environment principles and legislation.
+ In-depth knowledge of construction industry including diverse project types, building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and quality management practices.
+ Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets, risks, resources and schedules.
+ Ability to monitor and forecast project resources and staffing for the project.
+ Ability to identify and manage risk and opportunities on construction projects.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
+ Experience in leading a team, construction project facets and trade performance.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management and scheduling software, with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
