The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Project Manager to join the KBR team during an exciting growth phase. You will be directly responsible for delivery of a small portfolio of design and consulting projects across the spectrum of KBR's water projects throughout QLD. We are looking for people with some exposure to water utilities or water engineering or general infrastructure projects. The scope of projects are typically investigations, optioneering, planning and/or design projects for new infrastructure or working with existing assets in a brown field environment.
In this role you will be managing a suite of projects at different stages of the engineering lifecycle, you may also act as a member of the project management team delivering large scale infrastructure projects. As a Project Manager you will provide leadership to deliver projects, safely, on time, within budget and to quality objectives while also building and maintaining client relationships and ongoing business.
Key Skills, experience, and attributes
+ Demonstrated experience within the water industry as a Project Manager/Project Engineer (a range of experience across various infrastructure industries highly regarded).
+ Demonstrated experience in managing small-medium projects
+ A natural ability to build and develop client and peer relationships
+ Industry recognised Project Management certification highly regarded, but not essential

The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management or Project Engineering, preferably with experience in the Australian water utility industries or civil engineering sectors. Project engineering experience with consulting, investigation, planning, specification, design or commissioning is also important.
The Project Manager will be working closely with a range of internal and external key stakeholders so you must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

+ Key Responsibilities:
+ Work with the Principle Project Manager or Project Manager through close coordination for Transmission and Power System software development and implementations projects, scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management.
+ Accountable for successful delivery of technical scope items to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
+ Project Execution control: Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) .
+ Manage project teams to drive project deliverables
+ Communicate effectively with Principle Project Manager, Architects, Customer, Project teams (APAC and global) and commercial team
+ Utilize GEV Product knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement, change management (costs base reduction, lead time reduction, productivity improvement, quality improvement, etc)

+ Good understanding of DevOps concepts, such as automated builds, automated deployments and automated tests, to lead customers and apply those concepts to your daily deliverables

**Required Qualifications**

We are currently seeking a **Project Management Leader** who has exceptional strategic leadership skills to join Honeywell Building Automation team to be based in our **Sydney** office. This role will focus on Sales and Project delivery to achieve AOP targets across NSW. Use all levers available to ensure that the regional Projects LOB continues to grow through a talented, motivated and accountable team. Close and seamless collaboration with the Sales organization is a requirement to ensure the required project sales growth is achieved.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a talented, engaged and high-performing team
+ Takes ownership for financial performance for the NSW projects LOB
+ Business growth and revenue improvement year on year
+ Participate in risk review to ensure Projects & Sales are resource properly across the region and ensure estimates are correct
