**About the Position**
The FIRE Service Supervisor will support the Contract Manager with a range of client facing activities/hands on experience completing a range of works whilst managing the performance of a team of technicians.

**Where is the position located?**
Karratha, WA- Residential OR FIFO from Perth
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Conduct daily pre-start meeting.
+ Understand and assign daily priorities based on business requirements.
+ Daily monitoring and supervision of all warehouse activities and warehouse staff, adjustment of daily workloads and priorities dependent upon changing business priorities.
+ Oversee warehouse receipts, deliveries and dispatches to ensure quality and quantity of commodities.
+ Verify quality and count of commodities being received, collected and delivered from the Wabtec warehouse.
+ Check all loads before they are dispatched; spot check all goods received.
+ Understand all internal inventory processes.
+ Become proficient in areas of Warehouse operations to cover daily operations if and when required. ie. Forklift operation
+ Liaise with transport vendors as point of site contact
+ Identify and address inventory reduction and relocation, and document correctly all such operations.
+ Perform regular physical inventories of commodities counts in the warehouse. Maintain inventory records.
+ Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through audit and correct material handling practices.
+ Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner and escalate as required.
+ Track and report non-conforming products to ensure transactional integrity.
+ Supervise cleaning, maintenance and repair of the warehouse.
+ Conduct regular warehouse inspections, including but not limited to controls, standard operating procedures, safe working practices, etc.
+ Ensure accurate and neat stacking of commodities. Train employees on good stacking methods and commodity handling practices.
+ Attend daily operational meetings as required, both internally and with customer
+ Encourage and positively reinforce open and continuous coordination and collaboration with the other functions, to ensure that the warehouse provides highest quality service.
+ Perform other tasks as identified and judged necessary by the Global Operations Director.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ High school diploma.
+ Forklift Licence.
+ Some training and/or experience in Commodity or General Stock Management, Logistics, Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent would be preferred.
+ 5-10 years experience working in a warehouse environment.
+ Ability to work independently and proactively.
+ Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Builds and maintains relationships with the warehouse team as well as other stakeholders.
+ Dependable, well organized, and strong time management skills.
+ Solid working knowledge of computers and the following software:Oracle, MS Excel, MS Word.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our team full-time or Part-Time. If you are motivated by coaching others, driving high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is the role for you.

+ Lead and support a team of Room Attendants and Housepersons
