**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with broad technical experience in both back-end and front-end SharePoint development and design. This role will involve working on multiple design and development projects, taking ownership from the initial requirement gathering phase through to project completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint and SharePoint Designer, as well as expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5,CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.

**Responsibilities:**
**SharePoint Development and Design:**
+ Develop and design solutions using SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
+ Lead back-end and front-end development, ensuring both technical functionality and seamless user experience.
+ UI/UX Design:
+ Create attractive and efficient user interfaces using CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
+ Ensure the UI/UX is responsive and user-friendly across all devices.
+ Project Management:
+ Manage and execute multiple design and development projects in parallel.
+ Act as the Lead Developer and/or Designer for various projects, including site collections, sub-pages, and entire sites.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Project Lifecycle Management:
+ Oversee projects from start to finish:
+ Requirements gathering and analysis.
+ Wireframe prototyping and design mockups.
+ Creation of fully functional beta sites with applied design.
+ Final project close-out aft er internal FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and external BETA (customer) testing.
+ Tech Support Collaboration:
+ Work with the tech support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with current web pages and solutions.
+ Create new content areas or sites as needed and ensure proper functionality.
+ Continuous Improvement:
+ Consistently look for opportunities to optimize code, improve site performance, and enhance the user experience.
+ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and SharePoint.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Extensive experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
+ Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and ASP.NET.
+ Proven ability to lead multiple design and development projects in parallel.
+ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience applying them in real-world projects.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
+ Experience in both front-end and back-end web development.

+ Familiarity with additional SharePoint versions (e.g., SharePoint Online or SharePoint).
+ Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and custom development.
