**Position Summary** **:**
Application Engineer plays an important role in providing presales support on our technical software products and assisting in the sales process with technical consulting. S/he is responsible for analyzing a prospect's business and technical requirements and presenting our solutions that meet those needs. The application Engineer works in partnership with sales, marketing and the product management team.
**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Technically support sales, marketing and Channel Partner teams with benefit oriented, feature specific demonstrations, workshops and collateral that promote Bentley solutions for Structural analysis and design.
+ Assist in composing technical proposals and benchmarks.
+ Performs software product training activities, project assessments, reviews and audits.
+ Works with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input.
**Qualifications** **:**
+ ME, MTech, MS in Civil/Structural Engineering.
+ 3-5 years industry experience in Structural-engineering consulting and design.
+ 3-5 years software experience with STAAD.Pro in real time projects. Candidates with additional experience on RAM Structural System, RAM Concept /or with other Structural Engineering software experience will be given priority.
+ Detailed and a creative problem solver.
+ Willing to travel across the country and region up to 25 % of time is a MUST.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills.
+ Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate the Bentley Software suite of software product line.

**Your New Role and Responsibilities**
The Application Packager's primary objective is to collaborate with application owners and vendors on the development, integration, implementation, and creation of associated documentation for application packages.
Under the direction of a designated Team leader, perform the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
+ Package applications for use on physical and non-persistent virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platforms.
+ Undertake problem diagnoses, correction and escalated support of application packages.
+ Assume ownership of an incident, problem or enquiry through to resolution.
+ Assist with Windows 11 SOE, deployment and troubleshooting.
+ Work within Change Management guidelines and ITIL framework.

+ Competent in Windows 10, Office 365, Edge Chromium, SCCM and VMware.
