**Key Responsibilities and Qualities**
+ Create original design and animation concepts for tentpole campaigns, brand identities, and show launches across broadcast, digital and social.
+ Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative to craft cohesive, audience-first campaigns.
+ Work within and adapt global brand toolkits, ensuring consistency while allowing for local flair and innovation.
+ Version and localise global assets quickly and accurately to meet campaign requirements.
+ Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative kick-offs, bring insights into what's trending visually and culturally in entertainment.
+ Ensure deliverables meet both creative and technical specs and are delivered on time and on brand.
+ Maintain high standards for typography, layout, motion timing, and attention to detail in both static and animated executions.
**Required Skills**
+ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an agency, broadcast, digital or streaming environment.
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
+ Experience in After Effects MOGRT templates is a strong advantage.
+ Strong design sensibility across both motion and static formats, with a refined eye for composition, typography.
+ Understanding of broadcast, social, streaming, and digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and how creative specifications needs to adapt per platform.
+ Ability to efficiently version, adapt, and localise creative assets across multiple formats.
+ Experience working within structured brands and brand guidelines.
+ A collaborative team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives under tight deadlines.
+ Strong verbal and visual communication skills. You can pitch, explain and sell creative ideas.

**Your Main Responsibilities:**
+ Design and quote mechanical systems based on requirements from the Sales team with accuracy and timeliness
+ Convert requirements into shop-floor documentation packages including complete mechanical drawings, new part numbers and BOM's which are delivered on time and according to the Grundfos Engineering Standards and Processes and Customer Specifications
+ Ensure new mechanical parts are fully defined, detailed and dimensioned
+ Provide engineering support for technical queries from production and sales
+ Assist with the review of customer specifications with a view to defining pre-engineering activities to allow for more simple process of customer variants.
+ Where required, ensure quality control of tested product through sign-off of final performance data
+ Assist with project documentation including ITP's, Project Schedules and MDR's
+ Involvement in the introduction of new products via engineering design and documentation
+ Develop design processes that are streamlined and efficient, accurate and trace-able.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement through a focus on defect elimination
+ Embrace the zero-defect philosophy through all stages of engineering by implementing processes and ensuring individual accountability for quality of workmanship.
+ Train new employees on Grundfos Engineering Standards and Processes
+ Build on your knowledge of mechanical systems to ensure that client requirements are met.

**Your Background:**
+ Degree in Engineering or significant practical experience (Engineering Certificate)
+ Minimum 5 years' industry experience (technical)
+ Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, etc. May be required to create P&ID's, plant layouts, jigs & fixtures, schematics, General arrangement & terminations drawings.
+ Ability to work with detailed specifications and industry standards.
+ Specify system components or direct selection of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
+ Proficiency in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, SAP and product sizing software.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree/Diploma of Design or Engineering and have a few years of experience using software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCad for a variety projects in either the Defence, Maritime or Infrastructure fields. You should also have a solid understanding of BIM delivery on government and non-government projects.
You will have the ability to technically help deliver project documentation requirements within a multi-disciplinary project according to budget, schedule and quality requirements whilst holding the desire to work in and help build an environment that encourages and supports growth and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
+ Deliver high-quality civil design and drafting using 12D and AutoCAD.
+ Liaise confidently with stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and junior staff.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members, stepping into a leadership role when required.
What You Will Bring:
You are motivated by the challenge of delivering civil defence and community projects. You have a proven background in major civil infrastructure, including drainage works, and hold Australian Citizenship to support Defence projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
+ Minimum 5 years civil design experience in civil projects preferably in WA.
+ High-level proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD; exposure to Bentley Rail and OpenRoads will be highly regarded but is not essential.

+ Extensive experience in a professional design environment.

# Project Overview:
Bechtel Mining and Metals offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the mining sector across multiple commodities including Iron Ore, Bauxite, Alumina, Aluminium, Copper, Gold, Coal, Lithium and Rare Earths markets.

# Job Summary:
As Senior Civil Designer, you will plan, develop, and quality check civil design work, produce 3D models, drawings and documentation for a project, and take-off quantities for estimating.
_"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership"._
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews design work within a small-size civil/structural design work group on projects of medium size or assignments in support of global business unit.
+ Produces model, drawings (including drafting) and documentation in accordance with established design standards for civil works i.e. earthwork, road and drainage structures.
+ Prepares or oversees the preparation of civil design estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
+ Reviews and checks civil engineering sketches and drawings from designers and drafters.
+ Ensures civil designs comply with all applicable installation codes, design guides, regulations, and standards.
+ Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of civil engineers, designers and drafters.
+ Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management.
+ Coordinates assigned civil design work with other project groups.
+ Coordinates with client representatives as delegated to obtain approval on phases of work.
+ Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers).
+ Develops Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), Bechtel design guides, appropriate Bechtel Standard Computer Applications (BSAPs) and administrative practices.
+ Mentors civil designers and drafters by providing appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires 12-14 years of relevant work experience
+ Extensive experience undertaking design and drafting using MicroStation and OpenRoads software.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Sound knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, graphic arts, reading of drawings, and reproduction methods used by the discipline.
+ Experience with multi discipline interface management and global 3D model oversight.
+ Expertise in reading, interpreting and using related documents and drawings prepared by other project groups.
+ Knowledge of the application of engineering and construction materials related to design responsibilities.
+ Experience in design and drafting, including demonstrated expertise in a lead role or recognized courses in the directing of personnel.
