**Key Responsibilities**
+ Cleans all back-of-house areas, including operational equipment and supplies, under the guidance of the Head Steward.
+ Follows proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.
+ Follows proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery.
+ Assists in all events' set ups such as Buffets, food stations, live cooking stations.
+ Assists in operations of the Associate Canteen for maintenance, upkeep and daily operational requirements.
+ Assists in events, programs, and activities for the kitchen in coordination with the Head steward and Chef
