**Job Summary**
As a **Learning & Development Executive** , you will support the Quality & Learning function by observing service, coordinating, and delivering both brand-required and property-specific training programs. You will ensure all learning initiatives align with **The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standard and service philosophy** , driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This role also plays an integral part in **associate engagement** , supporting the delivery of **Take Care** and recognition activities that foster a culture of care, teamwork, and belonging among all Ladies and Gentlemen, enlivening Employee Promise.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training programs that reflect The Ritz-Carlton brand standards and property needs.
+ Support the design of engaging, interactive learning materials and training sessions across multiple formats.
+ Partner with department leaders to identify learning needs and create development plans aligned with business goals.
+ Track, maintain, and report on compliance with all mandatory and brand training requirements to ensure successful audit outcomes.
+ Facilitate engaging stand-up training sessions, orientations, and skill development programs.
+ Assist in developing learning strategies based on needs assessments and performance outcomes.
+ Support property-wide engagement and **Take Care** initiatives that promote wellbeing and recognition.
+ Ensure all departments conduct regular safety and service training to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
**About You**
+ A genuine passion for learning & development and service excellence.
+ Experience in training, learning & development, or a hospitality leadership role (luxury experience preferred).
+ Strong communication and facilitation skills with an engaging presentation style.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
+ Ability to build trusted relationships across departments and levels.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital learning tools is an advantage.
