+ Senior logistics/warehouse management opportunity, reporting to APAC

**About the Opportunity**
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our logistics operations and warehouse management. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in a senior logistics and warehouse management role.
Based in North Ryde, Sydney, you will report to the Head of APAC Operations and be responsible for supply chain efficiency, cost management, optimizing the movement, storage, and organization of goods within our warehouse, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment from both on and offshore to meet our customers' expectations around Australia.
**About You**
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and have proven experience in a senior logistics and warehouse management role.
To be successful in the role you will need to possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management, be proficient in logistics software (e.g., Navision) and Microsoft Office Suite, and have superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. You are passionate about people and have proven experience leading a large team and creating an environment of high employee engagement and performance.

**Position Overview:**
At Boeing, we are looking for a talented **SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst** to be based in our **Melbourne** office in a hybrid capacity. This role is to enable Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) to gain as much value as possible from our SAP Supply Chain system.
Working Within Boeing's Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) group, this role entails extensive engagement and management of internal customers and stakeholders. It involves analyzing both business and technical requirements to effectively drive key business objectives related to applications and infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise and custom-built applications throughout the entire software lifecycle.
Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.
**About the Role:**
+ Provide hands-on functional configuration and support across SAP supply chain modules
+ Analyse current supply chain processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
+ Gather business requirements and write functional specifications for system enhancements
+ Triage, investigate and resolve logged support incidents
+ Replicate issues reported in production to assist developers in coding fixes
+ Perform unit and system testing, test defect fixes and system enhancements

Procurement (MM-PUR/Ariba)

+ Proven senior stakeholder and business leader engagement skills, including regular experience of developing, documenting and presenting briefs and project updates
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically distributed team

This is an exciting opportunity for the right **ILS Manager** to play an instrumental role in creating the future of Joint Data Networks in Australia. The JP9347 JIC System program provides an assured exchange of tactical, operational and strategic data across the Joint Force and coalition partners; including Situational Awareness (SA) and Command and Control (C2) information.
The ILS Manager lead the design and delivery of a unique support systems that enables the Australian Defence Force to effectively execute their critical missions. You will own all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, to bring the support system efficiently into service.
In the pivotal role of JP9347 ILS Manager, you will lead the Integrated Support Logistics team in the JP9347 JIC System Project. You will hold responsibility for all aspects of the ILS function including engaging directly with our customer, as you work closely with sourcing, software, technical, engineering and project management functions.
Your unique skills will see you providing essential advice to support the decisions made by key internal and external stakeholders; ensuring the JIC System is supported across their full life cycle.
Leading your team in the development and execution of a complex projects running in parallel, your role involves direct engagement with peers, Australian Defence Force ('ADF') personnel, capability partners, technology support networks, peers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the team to prepare and deliver the program ILS requirements including Reliability, Maintainability, Standardisation, Interoperability, Useability, Technical Documentation, Training, Support Resources and Facilities Requirements
+ Manage the delivery of technical publication and product documentation, including dissemination, presentation and training.
+ Manage the delivery of the technical training program to deliver performance needs to the ADF user workforce
+ Develop strategies and plans for delivery of the Support System throughout the product lifecycle of the Mission System;
+ Develop, modify and improve existing tools, processes and procedures to meet program requirements with endorsement from project stakeholders and functional leaders.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**

We are seeking the brightest minds to join our experienced team working on the nation's most complex engineering programs. The JP9347 Joint Interface Control (JIC) System Project is a key program for Raytheon Australia and as such we are seeking an **Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager** to lead the JP9347 ILS and Support System program.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right **ILS Manager** to play an instrumental role in creating the future of Joint Data Networks in Australia. The JP9347 JIC System program provides an assured exchange of tactical, operational and strategic data across the Joint Force and coalition partners; including Situational Awareness (SA) and Command and Control (C2) information.
The ILS Manager lead the design and delivery of a unique support systems that enables the Australian Defence Force to effectively execute their critical missions. You will own all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, to bring the support system efficiently into service.
In the pivotal role of JP9347 ILS Manager, you will lead the Integrated Support Logistics team in the JP9347 JIC System Project. You will hold responsibility for all aspects of the ILS function including engaging directly with our customer, as you work closely with sourcing, software, technical, engineering and project management functions.
Your unique skills will see you providing essential advice to support the decisions made by key internal and external stakeholders; ensuring the JIC System is supported across their full life cycle.
Leading your team in the development and execution of a complex projects running in parallel, your role involves direct engagement with peers, Australian Defence Force ('ADF') personnel, capability partners, technology support networks, peers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the team to prepare and deliver the program ILS requirements including Reliability, Maintainability, Standardisation, Interoperability, Useability, Technical Documentation, Training, Support Resources and Facilities Requirements
+ Manage the delivery of technical publication and product documentation, including dissemination, presentation and training.
+ Manage the delivery of the technical training program to deliver performance needs to the ADF user workforce
+ Develop strategies and plans for delivery of the Support System throughout the product lifecycle of the Mission System;
+ Develop, modify and improve existing tools, processes and procedures to meet program requirements with endorsement from project stakeholders and functional leaders.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in ILS with understanding and wide application of technical theories and concepts in the field of support systems modelling, analysis and sustainment systems in business operations;
+ Degree qualifications in Science & Technology, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent training coupled with relevant experience;
+ Practical knowledge and experience in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and plan implementation within projects and programs.
+ Advanced knowledge and skills specifically within Logistics Engineering with an understanding of the impact of, or work in, complex systems and matrix organisations.
+ Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance. This position will require availability to travel when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and manage supply chain priorities to meet performance targets.
+ Manage delivery and supplies of approved material subcontractor(s).
+ Under direction, engage and resolve program issues with customers and other business functions.
+ Review, revise and authorise procurement and repairs.
+ Review, revise and authorise risk-based transfer of stock to meet inventory optimisation levels.
+ Address complex problems and mitigate risks and issues that would otherwise cause delays and significant expenditure of resources.
+ Subject matter expert advice on freight handling and export/import operations coordination.
+ Perform material management planning and scheduling.
+ Plan and conduct supportability (End of Service Life / Production) polling.
+ Verify recommendations for procurement / repair from inventory management tools / analysis.
+ Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels at locations and ensuring the integrity of material control data and inventory management system data.
+ Repairable Item activities including management and control of repairs and technical regulatory reports.
+ Contribute to performance management against key performance indicator and performance reporting.
+ Support material management planning and scheduling.
+ Provide recommendation for material logistics systems and processes improvements.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated experience in Australian Defence industry.
+ Advanced Diploma in Material Logistics and/or demonstrated previous experience.
+ Experience providing measurable input to new processes or standards in operational plans to support implementation of business strategies.
+ Previous experience and responsibility for making
+ Moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the work area.
