Based at Henderson WA, we are seeking a Material, Inventory and Logistics Manager to join our team who will lead the Collins Supply Team in managing all aspects of material logistics services.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and manage supply chain priorities to meet performance targets.
+ Manage delivery and supplies of approved material subcontractor(s).
+ Under direction, engage and resolve program issues with customers and other business functions.
+ Review, revise and authorise procurement and repairs.
+ Review, revise and authorise risk-based transfer of stock to meet inventory optimisation levels.
+ Address complex problems and mitigate risks and issues that would otherwise cause delays and significant expenditure of resources.
+ Subject matter expert advice on freight handling and export/import operations coordination.
+ Perform material management planning and scheduling.
+ Plan and conduct supportability (End of Service Life / Production) polling.
+ Verify recommendations for procurement / repair from inventory management tools / analysis.
+ Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels at locations and ensuring the integrity of material control data and inventory management system data.
+ Repairable Item activities including management and control of repairs and technical regulatory reports.
+ Contribute to performance management against key performance indicator and performance reporting.
+ Support material management planning and scheduling.
+ Provide recommendation for material logistics systems and processes improvements.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated experience in Australian Defence industry.
+ Advanced Diploma in Material Logistics and/or demonstrated previous experience.
+ Experience providing measurable input to new processes or standards in operational plans to support implementation of business strategies.
+ Previous experience and responsibility for making
+ Moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the work area.
+ Minor improvements to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a work area.
+ Advanced understanding and ability to use Service Parts Management, or similar inventory forecasting tool.
+ Advanced understanding of:
+ Warehousing, inventory, freight and distribution procedures and systems.
+ The management of Dangerous Goods.
+ Inventory management recommendation report and recommendation validation.
+ Procurement and warehouse interactions and processes.
+ Advanced knowledge of:
+ Fleet management and disposal processes.
+ Key performance indicator measurement and reporting.
+ Material management planning and development.
+ Supply support optimisation and efficiencies.
+ Practical knowledge of:
+ Import and export operations.
+ Contracts.
+ Non-standard freight concepts.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and have proven experience in a senior logistics and warehouse management role.
To be successful in the role you will need to possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management, be proficient in logistics software (e.g., Navision) and Microsoft Office Suite, and have superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**About our role**
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Logistics Administration Coordinator to join our team at Chifley Park in Mentone, reporting to our Customer Logistics Manager.
This role supports the central APAC Logistics team by finalising claims for lost or damaged stock, assisting with transport planning during team absences, and managing key administrative tasks such as supplier invoice processing and purchase order management.
Your contribution will enable the team to focus on daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
**What you will do**
+ Investigate and close Salesforce cases across Customer Logistics and Warehouse/Inventory teams, ensuring resolution within 30 days
+ Gather and assess documentation to resolve delivery discrepancies (e.g. lost, damaged, or incorrect stock)
+ Provide transport planning coverage during team absences, including load planning and supplier coordination
+ Conduct liability investigations for transport-related damages and make recommendations based on findings
+ Manually process warehouse invoices, verify against system rates, and manage approvals for additional charges or overtime
+ Manage vendor purchase orders and invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate flow-through
+ Support 3PL warehouse inventory reconciliation activities
**About you**
+ Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics or similar OR
+ 3 + years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or admin-related role
+ Understanding of logistics operations and environments
+ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
+ Proven ability to build effective working relationships
+ Good business and financial acumen to support invoice and PO processes
+ Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
+ Suitable for someone with prior admin experience or early in their logistics career
+ Interest in logistics or supply chain with a basic understanding of key processes
+ No prior systems experience required, willingness to learn is key

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the team to prepare and deliver the program ILS requirements including Reliability, Maintainability, Standardisation, Interoperability, Useability, Technical Documentation, Training, Support Resources and Facilities Requirements
+ Manage the delivery of technical publication and product documentation, including dissemination, presentation and training.
+ Manage the delivery of the technical training program to deliver performance needs to the ADF user workforce
+ Develop strategies and plans for delivery of the Support System throughout the product lifecycle of the Mission System;

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**
