# Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team to develop and manage a safety and health program for a complex project, ensuring safety and health requirements are integrated in planning, design, construction, and operations. You will provide technical guidance to project leads, evaluate trends, and conduct assessments and inspections. Your team will help achieve continuous improvement in project safety.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Supervises a safety services program, or a major component of it, inclusive of technical and administrative aspects.

+ Emphasizes and uses risk assessment, data analysis, and Bechtel's ESH Management System to help track and achieve continual improvement.
+ Prepares technical and regulatory reports, researches issues to support ESH program execution, evaluates data, and reports performance trends.

# Education and Experience Requirements:

+ Minimum of ten years of WHS professional experience in heavy construction or infrastructure projects
