The Consulting team works on a broad range of activities to support our base of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients as well as payer, provider and government stakeholders in the generation of high-quality analytics and insights, this includes:
+ Leveraging internal methodologies and all available data sources to respond to complex tactical and strategic client challenges in the healthcare industry with a focus on four main pillars:
+ Commercial effectiveness
+ Brand and commercial strategy
+ Pricing & Market access
+ Strategy and portfolio analysis
+ Formulate public policies that solve local and national health priorities
+ Assure that all populations have access to appropriate and cost-effective care
+ Monitor the health of communities and at-risk populations to identify health challenges
**Key responsibilities:**
As an Analyst you will be working on a range of client projects and internal initiatives, your responsibilities will be to:
+ Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations
+ Conduct independent desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
+ Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the question
+ Conduct phone or face-to-face interviews with senior managers and executives in the client team or external stakeholders
+ Contribute to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
+ Take responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables, under supervision
+ Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
+ Build professional relationships with members of the client team
+ Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources, acting as expert advisor to other members of the consulting team
+ Proactively develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
+ Assist in proposal development
**Skills and qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred (Master's degree or PhD)
+ 1-2 years professional experience in a relevant field will be considered a plus (i.e., life sciences, management, data, technology, analytics, pricing and market access)
+ Strong desire to work within the healthcare / life science or data-focussed position
+ Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
+ Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare industry
+ Good project management, time management and organizational skills
+ Strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development
+ A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused, international team environment
+ Understanding of and interest in the Australian healthcare environment

**Key Responsibilities:**
Navigate the Regulatory and Organisational Environment
+ Develop an understanding of, and implement changes to, Boeing Australia's existing trade control processes, tools and workflows used to effect organizational compliance.
+ Work with GTC Manager and Trade Control Specialists to understand emerging requirements, as per legislative updates.
+ Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify where GTC requirements and processes must be included / updated / considered in their processes, policies and tools.
Change Management Planning
+ Undertake impact analysis and stakeholder assessments.
+ Develop and implement change management plans that embed change and mitigate risk.
+ Undertake training needs assessments as required and develop, or facilitate the development of, training materials.
+ Prepare and coordinate the distribution of communication materials related to change initiatives, including updates and reports.
+ Maintain and update enduring GTC communications material, such as the GTC intranet and other resources.
+ Develop and participate in GTC change management processes to ensure appropriate governance of change.
Process Management and Improvement
+ Co-design processes, tools, workflows, guidance, command media to support the roll out and implementation of legislative and Enterprise changes across Boeing Australia and its programs.

+ Seek opportunities to integrate GTC processes with other departmental change management processes such as program and system baseline change management.

Participate in Continuous Improvement

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 3+ years' experience in change management
+ Strong organisational skills with ability to deliver and assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong process development skills with the ability to create, document, and communicate processes in a clear and structured manner.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams and ability to create meaningful working relationships across disciplines.
+ Highly proficient communications skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling communication including presentations, training material, internal news articles and other artefacts as required.
+ Australian citizen with the ability to meet defence security requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Ability to contextualise regulatory requirements for application in a complex organisation.
+ Certifications in change management, continuous improvement, project management (e.g., Prosci, Lean, PMP)
