About the role
Located in Pinkenba, the L3Harris Regional Support Centre (RSC) is a multi-faceted logistics support entity that provides the L3Harris Defence Australia programs with integrated logistics support. Within this facility, as a member of the Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for providing logistics support to a multitude of L3s Harris projects, standing offers and services associated with the freight and distribution of L3 Harris communications equipment and ancillaries.
What the role will involve
Required to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the picking, shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Responsible for efficient and effective communication to internal and external customers using mediums such as email, verbal, group discussion and 1-on-1. Able to work harmoniously in a team environment with appreciation and respect to equity and diversity, roles, positions and appropriate team behaviors which foster collaboration and inclusion.
The primary focus of this role will involve the following:
+ Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
+ Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.

+ Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory

# Project Overview:
Bechtel has been engaged to provide EPCM services to replace three (3) existing bucketwheel reclaimers at a facility at Dampier in northwest Australia.

We are currently seeking a Document Management (DM) Lead to manage a team of DM personnel across multiple projects in Western Australia. + **Regional Collaboration & Support** Serve as the local product leadership presence in the APAC region. Partner closely with regional Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Support teams to understand customer needs and support go-to-market activities.
+ **Alignment with Global Product Strategy** Ensure all product initiatives align with the overarching vision, goals, and architectural direction set by the Asset Solutions leadership, the Asset Solution General Manager, and the Chief Product Officer. **Qualifications & Experience**
+ 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role.
+ Experience working with or managing product teams in a global or regional structure.
+ Proven success in leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-ideally in complex B2B software environments.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with product ownership best practices.
+ Deep customer empathy and experience conducting discovery, interviews, or market research.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and functions.
+ Background or familiarity with EDMS, asset management, compliance-driven industries, or engineering document workflows is a strong plus.

Role Description:
+ Provision of Asset Management advisory services to the Executive Team
+ Develop and prepare a program of work to support growth in company asset management practices and maturity.
+ Perform a comprehensive assessment and gap analysis of existing Asset Management practices, to the ISO:55000 framework
+ Develop policy for implementation in line with the ISO:55000 standard
+ Define Asset Management objectives and performance measures
+ Develop an Asset Management Plan, covering all aspects of the capability lifecycle
+ Define roles and responsibilities
+ Develop a competence and training framework for implementation
+ Establish communication and consultation channels and processes relating to Asset Management
+ Validate documentation management processes to ensure Asset Management documentation is accessible, accurate and up to date; identifying areas of non-conformance and opportunities for improvement
+ Establish processes to monitor, measure, analyse and evaluate the performance of the Asset Management System against the established objectives and performance measures
+ Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement
+ Undertake a pre-assessment and internal audit to ensure readiness for formal certification, addressing issues or non-conformities identified
+ Facilitate external certification audit with an accredited certification body
+ Develop and implement processes and schedule of activity to maintain certification

Our advisory team are looking for a Advisory Consultant - Asset Management to join their growing team based in Brisbane. In this role, you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that helps clients 'bring ideas to life' across the built environment, infrastructure, energy and resources, and government.
Our Consultants form the key service delivery capability of our business with our clients, delivering quality outputs that generate tangible outcomes for their challenges. They're enabled and supported to harness their skills and knowledge in developing deliverables, whether that's a lifecycle model, an asset management plan, or a report that helps our clients make business decisions.
**How you'll make a difference:**
+ Provide Asset Management Advisory and consulting services to public and private clients
+ Co-ordinate and support the development of strategic and tactical asset management and technical advisory services, collaboratively drawing in the other expertise of AECOM
+ Maintain and further develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical external and internal stakeholders
+ Help win work and support team members in delivering high standards of service
**Qualifications**
