**Key Experience & Capabilities:**

**This is an end-to-end project management role to lead the project from early development through to commissioning and final site acceptance testing.**
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to expertly engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical project milestones are meeting expectations within an autonomous environment.
**How you will contribute**
+ MDLZ Project Coordinator for the Greenfield waste-water treatment build
+ Management and delivery of a range of capital projects including infrastructure and environmental projects
+ Lead project feasibility, costings, designs and execution adhering to MDLZ project management methodologies
+ Develop project timelines and fit-for-purpose technical solutions for all projects
+ Work with key internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects
+ Provide accurate and timely information and liaison to stakeholders on project delivery through regular reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
+ Manage capital expenditure, including developing budgets, forecasting cash flow and GR/IR
+ Ensure engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.
In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.
**What you will bring**
+ Relevant experience in a similar role, including experience in project management of infrastructure projects and contractor management
+ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
+ Problem solving abilities with a calm, practical approach and flexible attitude
+ Proven ability to meet critical timelines through strong leadership of teams and influencing key stakeholders
+ Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline, combined with extensive experience in managing major infrastructure projects.
+ Knowledge of, and practical implementation of Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Best Practice systems and principles.

About the role

What the role will involve
Required to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the picking, shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Responsible for efficient and effective communication to internal and external customers using mediums such as email, verbal, group discussion and 1-on-1. Able to work harmoniously in a team environment with appreciation and respect to equity and diversity, roles, positions and appropriate team behaviors which foster collaboration and inclusion.
The primary focus of this role will involve the following:
+ Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
+ Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
+ Manual handling up to 16kg
+ Forklift operation

+ Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory

# Project Overview:
Bechtel has been engaged to provide EPCM services to replace three (3) existing bucketwheel reclaimers at a facility at Dampier in northwest Australia.
The Project includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the new bucketwheel reclaimers as well as design and construction of associated off-board scope, including earthworks, marine infrastructure, structural works and electrical upgrades to support the installation and operation of the new reclaimers.
# Job Summary:
Opportunity exists to join Bechtel as part of a vibrant team, managing a series of projects in a program of works for our client. We are currently seeking a Document Management (DM) Lead to manage a team of DM personnel across multiple projects in Western Australia. This role is a combination of delivering active team management as well as hands-on document work processing when required. The role may require business travel to project jobsites.
_This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership_
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and coordinate document management activities and governance practices across the program of works
+ Ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in managing all project records
+ Provide leadership and support document management teams across multiple projects
+ Provide guidance on standards, processes, best practices and data flows through to full customer turnover
+ Drive alignment with program-wide requirements
+ Establish procedures and work instructions for document development, distribution and retention and work with project teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required
+ Lead the training, implementation, assessments and improvements associated with document management work processes
+ Create quality monitoring methods and processes to monitor and report data entry accuracy
+ Develop metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and prepare monthly progress reports for management teams
+ Implement standard document management workflow processes. Improve or develop processes to address gaps
+ Interface regularly with internal and external customers to ensure alignment of deliverables with expectations
+ Establish records formats as required by contract and storage requirements / methods
+ Utilize the Bechtel standard Aconex and client system InEight, to manage access and register, control, distribute, and transmit project documentation
+ Perform other duties as directed by Bechtel management
+ Coordinate development of individual project turnover and archival plans.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
Industry experience gained through a recognized certificate or degree in a STEM-related field, and/or specialized courses in document management, Engineering or related fields with 8-10 years of experience, and/or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ The DM Lead role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management and analytical and technical skills. Some key attributes you bring to this role include:
+ Proficiency and experience in project document management, including procedural work, customer interfaces and records management
+ Experience in the training and supervision of personnel
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of budgeting and cost management
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Knowledge of Bechtel or EPC industry and regulatory standards for record keeping
+ Working knowledge of computer programs for records tracking, archival, retention, and storage
+ Familiarity with quality assurance programs and Documents, Records & Information Management (DRIM) requirements.
