**Responsibilities**
+ **Team Development:** Develop and coach a high-performing team by hiring diverse talent and prioritizing development and talent management. As Senior Director, you will lead by example, maintain high-level customer and partner relationships and build a network in the market to promote GitHub and attract talent.
+ **Business Development:** Develop territory and team plans, assess market opportunity for GitHub Products and Services and align resources to over-achieve on business goals. **Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 11+ years experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 9+ years experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field
+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 7+ years experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience managing people in deal-closing roles in the APAC Region.
+ 5+ years enterprise-level strategic sales or equivalent experience.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience required:**
+ Proven sales leadership with 7 - 10 years' experience in sales management in a similar sized healthcare organisation.
+ Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing and/or a related field essential (MBA would be preferred)
+ An excellent understanding of the Australian Public and Private hospital system and the key issues of the healthcare industry.
+ Extensive experience in healthcare sales in both the public and private sector.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with the Cross Market Sales team to drive new logo acquisition and adoption for our solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong prospecting, sales execution and pipeline management skills, enabling new logo business growth within the ANZ region.

Responsibilities
+ Working with the Cross Market Team to drive new logo business growth.

+ Logging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
+ Submitting monthly forecast reports and regularly updating the sales pipeline.
+ Prospecting within an assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
+ Developing and managing territory business plans that include new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Requirements
