As a Digital Marketing Manager in APAC, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions, channels, and audience segments, with a strong focus on programmatic media campaigns and hands-on Amazon DSP management. This role will drive comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B customer segments, leveraging precision targeting and full-funnel campaign execution to deliver brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth throughout the APAC region.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across APAC markets, with expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, and search platforms
- Lead hands-on campaign management in the Amazon DSP
- Own regional budget allocation, optimization, and forecasting across all digital channels
- Build and scale brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop localized campaign strategies aligned with product launches and brand campaigns
- Drive continuous optimization through testing, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through various analytics platforms (i.e Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Partner with creative teams to develop and optimize region-specific assets and messaging
- Lead regional marketing meetings and facilitate collaboration between global and local stakeholders

A day in the life
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Amazon DSP, YouTube, CTV, Audio, DOOH, Google Ads, and Meta, while collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams across APAC markets to deliver high-impact results. Your work will involve daily campaign optimization, strategic planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand-building efforts across digital channels. A typical day might include analyzing performance metrics across different APAC regions, adjusting campaign parameters for optimal results, coordinating with regional teams for localized content deployment, and ensuring budget allocation aligns with market-specific goals.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Key Responsibilities 
EVT Hotels and Resorts Digital Channels

  • Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels to implement digital strategies that drive customers to EVT owned websites, increase repeat visitation and grow direct accommodation and C&E revenue.

Paid Media Execution & Management

  • Paid Media Management: Execute and manage EVT Hotels and Resorts Paid Media campaigns across channels including but not limited to; Paid Search (Google & Bing), Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads & TripAdvisor Meta), Paid Social (FB, IG, LinkedIn & TikTok), Video (YouTube, CTV), Programmatic Display (Quantcast, Criteo) and OTA (Online Travel Agents) Pay-Per-Click Advertising.
  • Budget Management: Oversee Paid Media spend and ensure campaigns deliver against our CPM, CPC, CPA  & ROAS targets.  
  • Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels and Digital Marketing Manager to develop Paid Media strategies & media plans and set data-driven targets & reporting. Proficiency in data analytics and ability to analyse & activate data in campaign executions are essential.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and deliver multi-channel Paid Media campaigns according to the approved media plan. Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimise budgets for effectiveness.
  • Tag Management: Test, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance media & analytics tags to ensure accurate tracking, optimisation and reporting. Assist with implementing new initiatives & tactics that involve web and server-to-server conversion tracking and work closely with IT to ensure data quality & compliance. Google Tag Manager proficiency highly desirable.
  • Digital Trends & Technologies: Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and evolving technologies that create competitive advantage. Be on top of key updates & innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate how it could be used to drive improvement, efficiency or growth.

Skills & Experience

**About the Role:**
As a Marketing Specialist you will craft, deploy and report on the success of marketing campaigns for your portfolio into the region. Collaborating with key internal partners, you will build campaigns to support and improve commercial success. You will have a passion for marketing and completing campaigns that both address our customers' needs and promote the Thermo Fisher Scientific brand.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, events and sales activations to promote product portfolio.
+ Develop creative content and marketing material for use in emails, social media, sales collateral and advertisements.
+ Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral.
+ Work closely with product management to understand strategic goals and product positioning.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, communications, design, digital) and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry.

3. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Omnichannel Campaign Development:
