Role



Wealthi is seeking a skilled and experienced Content Creator (Marketing) to support our content and marketing team in developing and delivering high-quality, engaging content across a range of formats and platforms. The Content Creator will be responsible for managing content calendars, producing video, visual, and written content, and optimising content performance through data analysis and platform-specific best practices. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, organised, and have a deep understanding of digital trends, content marketing, and storytelling techniques.



Duties and Responsibilities



- Plan, develop and publish original content (video, graphics, and copy) across Wealthi’s social media channels, website, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

- Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to different audience segments and aligned with strategic marketing goals.

- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and execute content ideas that communicate investment insights and promote Wealthi’s services.

- Manage and maintain content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

- Track and analyse content performance using analytics tools, and make data-informed recommendations to improve reach and engagement.

- Ensure all content meets branding, quality, and compliance standards.

- Stay informed of current trends in social media, property investment, and content marketing to ensure relevance and innovation.

- Support paid advertising efforts with high-performing creative assets as needed.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and digital storytelling strategies.



Skills and Qualifications



- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media.

- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut/Premiere Pro, etc.) and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).

- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
