The Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager acts as a strategic and analytical partner to the APAC marketing team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions, measuring marketing effectiveness, and supporting revenue growth by optimizing campaigns, funnel and pipeline performance. 

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the APAC marketing team to define, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver regular reporting and performance insights across campaigns, channels, and solutions to support marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Analyse marketing funnel performance (MAL to MQL to SQL to CW) and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools in partnership with the global Marketing Ops and Analytics team.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles with data modelling, forecasting, and budget-to-pipeline analysis.
  • Ensure marketing data integrity and accurate attribution through ongoing review of Salesforce, BI and MCI reporting platforms.
  • Act as the APAC liaison to the central Marketing Ops team, supporting data alignment, governance, and best practice.
  • Collaborate with other regional Marketing Performance Business Partners (e.g., EMEA, NORAM) to standardize reporting, drive consistency, and share learnings globally.
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing performance, commercial analytics, or a related role within a B2B SaaS business. Experience in due diligence or transaction advisory at a top-tier accounting firm is also highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs, performance benchmarking, and demand generation metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI and MCI (Marketing cloud intelligence).
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data, develop actionable insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting marketing teams with performance tracking and strategic direction.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

About the Role 
In this role you will assist with managing and executing the digital strategy for the EVT Hotels and Resorts owned channels.

 
Key Responsibilities 
EVT Hotels and Resorts Digital Channels

  • Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels to implement digital strategies that drive customers to EVT owned websites, increase repeat visitation and grow direct accommodation and C&E revenue.
  • Drive traffic and conversion via strong Paid Media tactics in alignment with revenue targets and brand objectives. Work in close collaboration with the wider team to deliver full-funnel, data-driven campaigns for EVT Hotels & Resorts.
  • Use analytical skills to identify key customer touchpoints and provide actionable insights & data-driven recommendations. 

Paid Media Execution & Management

  • Paid Media Management: Execute and manage EVT Hotels and Resorts Paid Media campaigns across channels including but not limited to; Paid Search (Google & Bing), Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads & TripAdvisor Meta), Paid Social (FB, IG, LinkedIn & TikTok), Video (YouTube, CTV), Programmatic Display (Quantcast, Criteo) and OTA (Online Travel Agents) Pay-Per-Click Advertising.
  • Budget Management: Oversee Paid Media spend and ensure campaigns deliver against our CPM, CPC, CPA  & ROAS targets.  
  • Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels and Digital Marketing Manager to develop Paid Media strategies & media plans and set data-driven targets & reporting. Proficiency in data analytics and ability to analyse & activate data in campaign executions are essential.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and deliver multi-channel Paid Media campaigns according to the approved media plan. Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimise budgets for effectiveness.
  • Tag Management: Test, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance media & analytics tags to ensure accurate tracking, optimisation and reporting. Assist with implementing new initiatives & tactics that involve web and server-to-server conversion tracking and work closely with IT to ensure data quality & compliance. Google Tag Manager proficiency highly desirable.
  • Digital Trends & Technologies: Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and evolving technologies that create competitive advantage. Be on top of key updates & innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate how it could be used to drive improvement, efficiency or growth.
  • Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and stay up to date with evolving laws and best practices in all digital marketing activities.
  • QA & Approval: Manage QA, review & approval process of all Paid Media campaigns with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deploy a strong process to ensure efficiency and error-free executions. Attention to detail is very important for this role.
  • Performance KPIs: Take a data-driven approach by leveraging audience insights for shaping personalised & results-driven paid media strategies, and for driving continuous optimisation against KPIs across all platforms. Actively engage in actions to further enhance performance of paid media activity.

Data Analysis & Reporting 

  • Google Analytics 4: Track, report, analyse brand.com data and optimise Paid Media strategy based on performance & revenue KPIs. Work in close collaboration with the wider team to drive the overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses. Use data to identify performance improvement and optimisation opportunities.
  • Report Automation & Ongoing Maintenance: Automate analytics and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • A/B Testing: Run an ongoing A/B testing and optimisation program to continuously improve strategy with data-driven experimentation, share insights and identity opportunities for growth.

Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Assist with executing EVT’s lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention and enhance customer loyalty. Use Paid Media to drive new customer & member acquisitions and to engage/revitalise existing customers to generate repeat stays and grow avg. lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM, CX & Lifecycle Marketing and Group Loyalty Manager and utilise customer data and insights to deliver a highly targeted and personalised experience across key Paid Media touchpoints.
     
     

Skills & Experience 
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ experience working in Paid Media.

These are the skills and experience required for this role:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital agency or similar environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficient across Paid Media account management and optimisation tools/techniques.
  • Proven record of making a measurable impact on campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical & commercial skills with the ability to interpret data and to translate strategy into action
  • Understanding of all relevant regulatory and legal requirements around customer data privacy, consent and security
  • Outstanding relationship builder, across the business with the ability to partner with key stakeholders
  • High attention to detail & strong end to end project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
