Key Responsibilities
EVT Hotels and Resorts Digital Channels
- Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels to implement digital strategies that drive customers to EVT owned websites, increase repeat visitation and grow direct accommodation, C&E and F&B revenue.

- Quality Assurance: Manage QA, review & approval process of all Campaigns & Partner activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deploy a strong process to ensure efficiency and error-free executions. Attention to detail is very important for this role.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the Brand & Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to perform a thorough check of campaign deliverables to make sure that all asset requirements are met, adhering to best practices & editorial policies. Collaborate on campaign creative direction and landing page checks & optimisation to ensure user experience from ad to landing page is coherent and is set right to drive the best possible results.

Qualifications:

**THE ROLE**
Join the Medical division as Regional Marketing Manager for our Emergency Care product group.
As Regional Marketing Manager you manage the four marketers who support our APAC markets, covering eight countries. You will drive the strategic vision, whilst helping the team deliver. You set the direction for a market-leading portfolio across a complex and diverse region. You won't just execute someone else's vision - you'll create your own, with the support of a high-performing global team.

+ **You set the strategy** - and own the outcomes. Commercial growth in the region will depend on the thinking, planning, and execution you lead.
+ **You're commercially minded** - performance will be measured by your ability to translate strategy into results. You understand market dynamics, make data-driven decisions, and consistently deliver impact.
+ **You lead through complexity** - managing a team that spans multiple roles, countries, and product lines. You're comfortable in ambiguity and skilled at prioritising what matters.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
+ Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy - including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution
+ Drive commercial performance - owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen
+ Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team
+ Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth
+ Lead a high performing team of 5 that will own product lifecycle management including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions
+ Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results
+ Utilise your 5+ years of marketing management experience and proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
