As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the marketing activity across a number of portfolios. This involves working in partnership with the Marketing Managers to provide input into marketing campaigns from a digital and offline perspective, and ensuring program marketing objectives are clearly met.
Your role is responsible for content management across the website, app and marketing collateral ensuring content is optimised, according to best practice. This will include building campaign landing pages, ensuring tracking codes are implemented correctly, uploading and resizing campaign assets such as promotional tiles. Liaising with the design and copywriting team to ensure content is correct, up to date and on brand. This role will also be required to manage stakeholder relationships across the business and external partnerships to ensure campaigns and content is relevant but maintains integrity to perform the intended purpose.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a corporate or agency environment (Marketing)
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
A background in loyalty marketing, financial services marketing, direct marketing or
digital marketing experience will be highly regardedAbility to confidently manage campaign timelines and strong attention to detail
Exceptional written communication skills
Impressive interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable and collaborative communication style
Ability to proficiently use Google apps (Gmail, Sheets and Docs) Microsoft Word,

About the Role
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and media? We’re on the hunt for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and help drive Streem’s growth across the B2B SaaS space.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing Lead and key stakeholders across the business to execute impactful paid and organic marketing strategies spanning social media, online search, high-touch direct marking, and sponsored events. Your work will directly support our sales team through inbound lead generation and help build Streem’s presence in the media landscape.
What You’ll Do
Execute paid and organic marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Google Search
Prepare and execute a marketing strategy for enterprise B2B clients with a sole end goal of producing inbound lead generation for sales conversion;
Work collaboratively with the communications team to feed into Streem’s marketing strategy;
High-touch and frequent organic social media engagement across Streem’s social media channels, including on LinkedIn and X;
Manage any deliverables & relationships for on-site and off-site events that Streem may sponsor or have a presence at;

About You

About the Role

Audit and update the merchandise catalogue; liaise with suppliers on new orders, and engage with regions on stock requirements and distribution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide administrative and event support for the Commercial and Marketing teams, including supporting trade and sponsorship events.
+ Event support including but not limited to new channel launches, affiliate or client trade events, consumer activations, as well as management of merchandise inventory and oversee shipping logistics.
+ Support Social Media team with the production of content reels and content assets to support overall brand strategy (ie. copywriting, publishing and sourcing social content)
+ Assist with internal Symphony campaigns from creative ideation to implementation and reporting.
+ Distribute channel assets internally such as e-signatures and social media banners
+ Liaising with Legal teams on competition T&Cs for social giveaways and general team enquiries
+ Assist with execution of internal town hall presentations and head office meetings.
