As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the marketing activity across a number of portfolios. This involves working in partnership with the Marketing Managers to provide input into marketing campaigns from a digital and offline perspective, and ensuring program marketing objectives are clearly met. 


Your role is responsible for content management across the website, app and marketing collateral ensuring content is optimised, according to best practice. This will include building campaign landing pages, ensuring tracking codes are implemented correctly, uploading and resizing campaign assets such as promotional tiles. Liaising with the design and copywriting team to ensure content is correct, up to date and on brand. This role will also be required to manage stakeholder relationships across the business and external partnerships to ensure campaigns and content is relevant but maintains integrity to perform the intended purpose.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a corporate or agency environment (Marketing) 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline 

  • A background in loyalty marketing, financial services marketing, direct marketing or
    digital marketing experience will be highly regarded 

  • Ability to confidently manage campaign timelines and strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional written communication skills 

  • Impressive interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable and collaborative communication style 

  • Ability to proficiently use Google apps (Gmail, Sheets and Docs) Microsoft Word,
    develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, and use Microsoft Excel for
    budgeting purposes 

  • Curiosity, an interest in data, and sound analytical and reporting skills 

  • Experience working with Legal and compliance teams, and the ability to communicate legal and commercial requirements to stakeholders

About the Role

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and media? We’re on the hunt for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and help drive Streem’s growth across the B2B SaaS space.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing Lead and key stakeholders across the business to execute impactful paid and organic marketing strategies spanning social media, online search, high-touch direct marking, and sponsored events. Your work will directly support our sales team through inbound lead generation and help build Streem’s presence in the media landscape.


What You’ll Do

  • Execute paid and organic marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Google Search

  • Prepare and execute a marketing strategy for enterprise B2B clients with a sole end goal of producing inbound lead generation for sales conversion;

  • Work collaboratively with the communications team to feed into Streem’s marketing strategy;

  • High-touch and frequent organic social media engagement across Streem’s social media channels, including on LinkedIn and X;

  • Manage any deliverables & relationships for on-site and off-site events that Streem may sponsor or have a presence at;

  • Bring marketing ideas to the table, we want to hear your thoughts and ideas!


About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or agency-side)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Positive, energetic, and media-savvy with a can-do attitude

  • Able to work hybrid from our Surry Hills HQ

About the Role  

At Qantas Freight, Australia’s largest air freight services business, we are the cargo arm of the Qantas Group and move around 3,000 items daily across 350 global destinations. As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you’ll gain valuable insight into a fast-paced industry, supporting a brand known for reliability, innovation, and global reach.  

By joining the Qantas Freight Marketing & Communications team, you’ll support customer communications across digital content and assist with marketing activities, including design, merchandise, and reporting. This is a hands-on opportunity to build skills in communications and creative production across our global operation.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Update and optimise AU and US website content and messaging, including carousel content, promotional tiles and regulatory monthly surcharge updates 

  • Source and edit marketing materials including PowerPoint templates to support off-shore and domestic sales teams 

  • Manage email assets and build a library of reusable templates 

  • Audit and update the merchandise catalogue; liaise with suppliers on new orders, and engage with regions on stock requirements and distribution 

  • Source material for group-wide initiatives (e.g. Sustainability, Network, Fleet) and update freight-specific channels when required 

  • Support ongoing reporting for the AU and US Freight websites and direct communication as required 

Skills & Experience  

  • Strong written communication 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe design tools 

  • Detail-oriented and organised

Working closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams, you will work across sales briefs and marketing and social campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
