We are looking for a tech-savvy and communicative student to join us as a Product & Onboarding Intern . This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in product management and user experience to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client and Clinician Onboarding:
Support healthcare providers and clients as they onboard onto the CARED mobile applications
Provide empathetic, clear, and effective tech support via email, phone, or in-person sessions
Facilitate app walkthroughs and answer setup questions
Identify Barriers to Adoption:
Listen to and document feedback from users
Identify pain points and make recommendations to improve the onboarding experience
Product Operations Support:
Assist with user documentation, internal guides, and knowledge base content
