We are looking for a tech-savvy and communicative student to join us as a Product & Onboarding Intern . This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in product management and user experience to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven startup environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client and Clinician Onboarding:

    • Support healthcare providers and clients as they onboard onto the CARED mobile applications

    • Provide empathetic, clear, and effective tech support via email, phone, or in-person sessions

    • Facilitate app walkthroughs and answer setup questions

  • Identify Barriers to Adoption:

    • Listen to and document feedback from users

    • Identify pain points and make recommendations to improve the onboarding experience

  • Product Operations Support:

    • Assist with user documentation, internal guides, and knowledge base content

    • Support testing of new features and provide feedback from a user perspective

    • Observe other parts of the product lifecycle, such as user research and product planning


What We’re Looking For

  • A current university student (or recent graduate) studying Product Design, UX/UI, Business, Health, Psychology, or a related field

  • Excited about technology and digital healthcare

  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Patient and confident helping users with varying levels of tech experience

  • Organised, curious, and eager to learn

  • Interested in a career in Product Management, UX Research , or Customer Success
