About My Role
As a Social Worker at Northcott, I will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists. Together, we provide contemporary, evidence-informed therapies that support our clients in achieving their goals.
I will take an interprofessional approach , working closely with therapists to ensure customers receive holistic and coordinated support. I will bring a demonstrated referral network and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant external organisations, ensuring both interim and ongoing support is available for our customers.
