**About the Role:**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who's ready to make a real impact. This is your chance to shape the future of Domain's corporate teams - Marketing, Finance, Legal, People Experience, and Strategy - by bringing in the talent that will drive our next chapter.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will deeply understand the capability requirements of the leaders you support and develop recruitment strategies to acquire key talent, coach leaders on effective assessment methodologies to ensure quality internal and external hires - whilst being passionate about the overall candidate experience and amplifying our Group's Employee Value Proposition.
This will see you:
+ Deeply understand the strategic direction and capability requirements of your customer group to develop business unit specific talent acquisition and campaign strategies
+ Partner with People Partners to proactively manage future talent needs based on strategy, industry trends, and workforce plans. Develop talent acquisition plans and strategies to address anticipated skill gaps and ensure the organisation has the right talent in place to meet its objectives
+ Utilise data to identify efficiencies and improved hiring decisions
+ Deliver quality and timely end to end recruitment for leaders through best practice sourcing and assessment strategies
+ Deliver exceptional experience for all across the hiring process
**Who are you?**
The ideal candidate will bring:
+ Experience across a variety of Talent Acquisition operating models, with a clear understanding of what "great" looks like.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, influence and partner with Executives to deliver on business strategy.
+ Commercial acumen, with a track record of designing and executing TA strategies that directly support organisational objectives.
+ Focus on employer branding, including the ability to design and amplify an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains top talent.
+ Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive quality hiring outcomes and guide decision-making for leaders.
+ Previous experience in a Technology or Corporate environments, ideally supporting portfolios such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and HR.
+ Strong technical capability across ATS and CRM platforms, with an interest in AI and its role in shaping the future of Talent Acquisition. Experience producing reporting and presentations to business leadership
+ Excellent communication, resilience, adaptability, and confidence in navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple business units, including but not limited to Sales, Technology and Engineering.

This part-time role (0.8 FTE) in Brisbane CBD, 2 days per week onsite. You will be the heart of hiring-partnering with managers to drive recruitment, deliver market insights, and create standout candidate experiences

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles, from direct search, sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, proactively sourcing talent through multiple channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and key success profiles.
  • Provide guidance on hiring processes and help managers run smooth, effective, and inclusive recruitment processes.
  • Track, share and use key metrics to identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and delivery.
  • Delivery of continuous improvement activities to improve the Talent Acquisition process for; Leaders, internal and external applicants.
