What You'll DoIn the role of Configuration Management Electrical Technician, your duties will include:
+ Defines, generates and reviews project requirements documentation.
+ Performs technical studies to refine project requirements.
+ Monitors projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
+ Provides coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
+ Supports Engineers in the design, development, modification, and improvement of products/processes.
+ Activities include but are not limited to: Identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions, inspecting, testing, maintaining, researching, repairing, and installing equipment and systems. Tests new and modified products, processes, and/or systems.
+ May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
+ Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory/ compliance issues; recommends process, product or service improvements.
+ Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact.

Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must have a minimum of a BA/BS , from an accredited institution, in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Controls).5+ years technical drafting/design training from either a accredited technical school or military training and 4 years prior drafting experience.
+ Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
+ Must hold and be able to maintain an Australian "A" Grade Electrical License, OR hold and be able to maintain a minimum US State Journeyman Electrical License
+ Must Possess a Valid Driver's license
+ Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Security Clearance.
+ Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with design reviews and O&M facility-related programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
+ Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
