**JOB SUMMARY:**
This position is an entry-level role that provides the opportunity to participate in the Sales Development Program at Textron Aviation. The Sales Operations Associate (SDP) is a 9-month program that consists of eight functional rotations that focus on the key elements of our business. For the first 6 months, training will take place at our company headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA). During the remaining 3 months, the SDP may travel throughout Australia to work with our customers and employees to learn more about the market base. The Sales Operations Associate will gain not only an understanding of the how and why we do business but will gain operational and business experience in areas related to customer facing role: business and sales operations, Cessna and Beechcraft product knowledge, business finance, negotiations, customer marketing and strategy. Upon successful completion of the training program, the Sales Operations Associate will have an opportunity to interview for a customer-facing/field-based position in one of the functional areas from the rotation and may be based in Australia. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Rotations through the following functions: Technical Marketing; Product Knowledge for Jets, TurboProps and Pistons; Customer Experience; Marketing; Customer Service; Business Operations; and Sales OperationsResponsible for tactical day-to-day responsibilities and significant project assignments during each rotation as assigned by the host function leaderAssigned to a sales zone throughout the program and will work with that zone to better understand the sales processComplete applicable training courses, curriculum and other training as assignedProvide requested support to host function leadership during each rotation cycleLearn and effectively utilize available resources (reports; salesforce.com; etc.) in each function as applicableApply learning to professional scenariosWorking with and supporting a team environment

BDRs at HiBob play an important part in the growth of our organization as we expand and scale. Through collaboration with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, our team builds the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. You’ll see those prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team.
Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities.

Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.

Account Development Associate is a desk-based entry sales role where you will work closely with Relationship Managers to upsell and retain current customers. You'll be responsible for generating upsell leads for premium solutions such as Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI, assessing customer needs, and scheduling appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.
Reporting into Head of Sales, this is a permanent full-time role based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
+ Identify upsell opportunities and proactively promote LexisNexis products to existing customers.
+ Assess customer usage and engagement to support account retention efforts.
+ Initiate contact with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
+ Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
+ Achieve and exceed monthly sales/KPI targets, contributing to team revenue goals.
+ Provide valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.
Requirements
+ A bachelor's degree in sales/marketing is preferred, but not required.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
+ CRM experience and ability to manage customer data effectively.
+ Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive results.
