We are currently seeking a **Project Management Leader** who has exceptional strategic leadership skills to join Honeywell Building Automation team to be based in our **Sydney** office. This role will focus on Sales and Project delivery to achieve AOP targets across NSW. Use all levers available to ensure that the regional Projects LOB continues to grow through a talented, motivated and accountable team. Close and seamless collaboration with the Sales organization is a requirement to ensure the required project sales growth is achieved.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a talented, engaged and high-performing team
+ Takes ownership for financial performance for the NSW projects LOB
+ Business growth and revenue improvement year on year
+ Participate in risk review to ensure Projects & Sales are resource properly across the region and ensure estimates are correct

**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ A bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Management or other related field would be advantageous
+ 10+ years' experience in a team leadership role necessary
+ Experience working in Projects operations, financial processes and general management
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
+ Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and escalate the issues early
+ Excellent verbal, written influencing and presentation skills
+ Ability to embrace change and guide the team through periods of change in a positive and proactive way

The **Manager, Product Management** for Accruent's **EDMS (Engineering Document Management System)** products plays a key leadership role in driving the development and delivery of industry-leading software solutions that help customers manage complex asset documentation and compliance requirements.
Based in our **Brisbane, Australia** office, this role leads a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI Designers located across the EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the **Sr. Director of Product Management** for the Asset Solutions Group, the Manager will ensure alignment with the broader product strategy and seek ways to combine our EDMS offerings while executing with excellence at the regional and product-specific level.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for customer-centric innovation, deep product development expertise, and the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Team Leadership & Development** Lead and coach a team of EMEA and APAC-based Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI Designers focused on the EDMS product suite. Set clear goals, ensure alignment with global strategy, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
+ **Product Ownership & Execution** Drive the day-to-day execution of product roadmaps for EDMS, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design.
+ **Customer & Market Insight** Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and industry requirements in asset-intensive industries (e.g., energy, utilities, infrastructure). Use this insight to inform product decisions and ensure value-driven innovation.

**Qualifications & Experience**

+ Proven success in leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-ideally in complex B2B software environments.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with product ownership best practices.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement
Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. In this role you will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for our clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. Applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while demonstrating technical credibility across diverse stakeholders, you will distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact.
Possessing strong technology and program/project management experience, you will validate technical solutions against business goals, recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks. You will be expected to achieve and maintain relevant AWS certifications, develop domain-specific expertise, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. As you progress, you'll lead increasingly complex technical projects, shape cross-organizational technical strategies, and establish best practices in your domain. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced technology program manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
- Leading complex technical consulting engagements end-to-end, including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery of business outcomes while applying AWS best practices and frameworks.
- Setting a vision for the product and delivery, making data-driven decisions to balance customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project timelines while managing multiple stakeholder expectations across customer organizations.
- Developing and executing comprehensive product roadmaps and delivery plans including requirements, prioritization, resource allocation, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting while ensuring quality and security standards are met.
- Enabling customers to adopt AWS services through knowledge transfer, training, and implementation of best practices, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Leveraging Amazon's product management and development mechanisms to drive change that empowers our customers to deliver more effectively.

A day in the life
As a Senior Engagement Manager at AWS Professional Services, you'll lead complex technical implementations for our enterprise customers while ensuring solution quality through AWS frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, and Global Delivery Framework. Your day involves managing project timelines and risks, conducting technical deep-dives with development teams, and steering architectural decisions. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with project management activities - from running daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to facilitating solution design workshops and architectural reviews. You'll coach customers on product management best practices, influencing customer stakeholders and driving the product vision and roadmap for how customers build their products. You will lead complex engagements across diverse customers to prioritize roadmap features, coaching and spearheading the definition of new capabilities through product and technical design documents. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver collaboratively with your teams and partners.

Basic Qualifications
- Product/Program Management experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements in IT Professional Services or consulting organization supporting Fortune 500 customers.
- Program Management /Engagement Management experience leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects
- Experience applying delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in delivering presentations, communications (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework
- Knowledge of cloud migration and application modernization leveraging cloud native services
- Knowledge of Agile and Product development methodologies
- Proven record of complex and creative problem-solving
