As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk, internal and external technical support, and onsite service/commissioning support. Key job responsibilities

- Service Restoration: Deep-dive into and resolve technical issues via our in-house ticketing system.
