The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Site Asset Staff in providing support managing the supply chain, arranging transportation and storage of materials and transportation management. Managing the supply chain includes every step in the process of procurement of materials to the shipment
**The job duties of the Site Asset Staff are as follows:**
+ Track and manage the addition and removal of equipment within the customer network, providing regular updates to the procurement team for three sites.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain the logistics team's processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Assist in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of training plans for the logistics team.
+ Monitor and report progress on meeting requirements within various customer reporting systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, HelpNow) for multiple.
+ Support logistics leads in overseeing and coordinating global logistics operations for OCONUS sites.
+ Provide assistance during customer Supply Chain Management Review (SCMR) audits, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation for three OCONUS sites.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.
+ Approve and oversee equipment transfers for hub and tail sites, acting as the Custodial Property Officer (CPO).
+ Collaborate with the Broadside Configuration Management team and Tier II technicians to address configuration management needs.
+ Develop site-specific inventory plans and continuously monitor and report on inventory status and updates.
+ Track and manage the disposal of equipment throughout the program, ensuring all required documentation is completed and compliant with policies.
+ Oversee and report on Return Material Authorization (RMA) deliveries and turn-ins across all OCONUS site locations.
+ Work closely with site personnel to maintain adequate consumable property stock levels.
+ Track, trace, and update the status of shipments as necessary to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery.
+ Successfully complete all assigned training requirements to maintain operational readiness.
+ In addition to the tasks listed, the role may involve undertaking other related responsibilities as needed.
**Successful candidates must possess the following skills:**
+ Possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
+ Experience ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.
+ Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), property management practices and data entry into SAP/AM are a plus.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry for 40 feet several times a day.
+ Experience in physical inventorying equipment, as well as proper labeling, tracking, and documenting the movement of IT equipment.
+ Ability to travel about 30% of the year and work under difficult conditions.
+ Ability and willingness to travel to remote locations, with an expected frequency of at least once every six months.
+ Possess strong communications skills, to include written and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision.
**Education**
+ The candidate must have 9 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a bachelor's degree and 5 years, an associates and 7 years or HS and 9 years.
**Clearance**
+ Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required
+ US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contracts we support.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with data entry into SAP/AM or equivalent system of record
+ Experience applying a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as engineering, finance, quality assurance/testing, manufacturing and installation) product vendors in order to build a product that fulfills a product vision and to turn it into business success.
+ Establish and maintain hardware and software maintenance database and historical document records
+ Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware, with three or more years of experience working with IT logistics
+ Three years or more of ITSM tool experience, SAP asset management, and ServiceNow

This is a permanent role which is an active member of the site leadership team reporting to the Site Learning Manager, with visibility and potential to support network initiatives. In this role you will drive and support site performance and have a strong ability to influence without authority.
To be successful in this role, you will have a customer centric mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be able to use transferable skills picked up from previous operational execution, knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing or training and execute using a strong hands-on approach.
Key job responsibilities
- Be a trusted partner with the operations teams, support functions and Learning departments to ensure a high standard of safety, quality, productivity and customer experience
- Create, manage and implement standardised training programs ensuring they are consistently implemented, tracked and recorded
- Track and communicate Learning progress at a local and network level
- Lead a team of Training Coordinators, including their development & performance
- Oversee Forklift Verification Programme and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date
- Analyse data to suggest improvements for training & operations and drive continuous improvement activities
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis
All the while, you'll keep your eyes on the prize: building up a growing team and cementing Amazon's wider Operations as a great place to work. In the process you'll show deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by customer-facing, highly interactive teams like these, and support their interests accordingly.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in a related discipline (Business, Human Resources etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees
- Prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Experience developing & implementing department goals & strategies based on organisational strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of between 1-12 hourly team members (including day to day activities and ongoing development)
- Resume that shows steady progression and ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment would be advantageous
- Supporting training within a site with a large amount of forklift activity

As a Senior Technology Site Consultant, you will be accountable for delivering superior Customer and Dealer experience for new Condition Monitoring (CM) sites by managing deployment expectations, enabling faster process orientation, and by guiding a more consistent engagement journey. You will achieve this through excellence in communication, individual organization, and team collaboration. Additionally, this role will coordinate the seamless transition to the assigned CMA and operations team for, as well as validate key systems are in place long-term services execution.
Specific Job Functions Include:
**Site Setup and Superior Initial Customer / Dealer Experience:**
+ Accountable for ensuring that all parties understand how their roles and responsibilities define, and lead to, the delivery of successful CM service outcomes
+ Facilitate and/or support all CM kickoff and transition meetings
+ Onsite dealer and customer CM service overview via commercial communication excellence
+ Generation of key organizational contacts and communication plan at new CM sites
+ Procure critical customer and dealer information to support setup and deployment tasks
**Site and Service Execution Validation:**
+ Accountable for ensuring site is properly connected and operating to support CM service excellence and avoid negative Customer / Dealer startup experiences
+ Confirm all equipment enrollment requirements and subscriptions
+ Assure all key parties have necessary permissions and system access
+ Responsible for internal records related to site onboarding (e.g. Salesforce)
+ Periodic Customer / Dealer commercial experience check-ins
**Team Capability and Efficiency Enhancement:**
+ "Voice of Customer" collection to improve onboarding process
+ Support internal Cat organizations with CM-related commercial projects
