As Snr Trade Marketing Manager for On Premise channel, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Glass Spirits team, reporting into Head of Commercial Excellence Glass Spirits. You will be facing key customers for JBPs, sharing category strategies, rooted with insights, and will be co-creating joint growth platforms, in partnership with On Premise Channel teams.
**Key Tasks / Accountabilities**
+ Build & own a 1-9-90 rolling activation plan for our large, branded point of sale/digital campaigns across the On Trade channel
+ Ownership of overall Brand A&P spend & prioritisation into the channel, supporting key platforms & activations across brands and provide visibility back to business on levels of channel execution
+ Strong cross functional voice of channel across the business, regularly updating on customer or category insights, opportunities, risks
+ Lead & Shape the role of On Premise retail media partnerships for our brands in the On premise
+ Funnel existing category, customer and shopper insights to translate category strategies into On Premise Channel Strategies. Provide input/demands to the learning plan creation and leverage Diageo network to use similar market examples as insights.

About the Role:

Requirements:
+ 5 - 8 years of experience in field marketing (preferably in the academic publishing-related or software industry), including campaign management, event management, lead generation, and customer engagement.
+ Proven experience in digital field marketing, demand generation and lead management
+ Experienced in driving campaigns via marketing automation tools, digital and social channels.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
+ Ability to participate in global cross-functional teams and manage time zone differences for international meetings.
