Reporting into the Director Commercial - Agent Markets SEAI, the Franchise and Retail Marketing Intern for Southeast Asia and India (SEAI) will support our licensees, retailers and agent activities across the region.
+ Lead local and regional marketing approvals across retail, mall and licensee submissions
+ Localise global social content for our regions in partnership with Southeast Asia agent
+ Maintain updated sales materials including brand decks, sales sheets and welcome packs
+ Create regular E-Newsletters for external partners with franchise and retail updates
+ Assist with key trade events through managing invite lists, product samples and presentations
+ Assist with tracking changing trends in the region on digital, broadcast/content, retail and competitive landscape
+ Maintain databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required

Duties will include general administrative support to Marketing team such as:
+ Update and distribute schedules and reports as required
+ Assist and contribute to agency briefs and internal brainstorming sessions for films to ensure that each film is uniquely nurtured and developed.
+ Assist in the coordination of best-in-class client facing presentations in conjunction with Marketing Manager(s)
+ Asset collation and distribution of marketing materials (i.e. artwork and trailers) to marketing teams and external stakeholders and agencies.

As the Marketing Intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting the APAC marketing team with particular focus on channel brands including Bravo NZ, 7Bravo, UTV ANZ and DreamWorks Australia. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager APAC, this fast-paced role encompasses all aspects of marketing from campaign planning, social, digital, PR and events.
