**Position Summary:**
· Implementing/administering SAP Applications as per Application Architect design requirements to address complex business issues and providing technical support within the customer IT department.
· SAP Implementation & administration on Google Cloud platform, Managing Infrastructure, including its underlying software/hardware, backing up databases, installing and updating Patches, Kernels, as well as other end to-end processes related to SAP Application implementation and administration.
This is a high-quality customer service, SAP implementation & administrative support role that provides the first source of advice and guidance in relation to customer policy, procedures, and processes with respect to SAP Applications.
**Mandatory Skills:**
+ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience required for this role.
+ Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP on cloud technologies, S/4HANA, SAP HANA and FIORI.
+ In-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including System upgrades, system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.
+ Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, Cloud connector, BTP and SAP Data Services Agent.
+ Proven expertise in SAP HANA Administration and SAP integrations.
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think tactically and strategically.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
+ Proven track record of leading and delivering complex SAP projects, achieving client satisfaction, and driving business value.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Leading and managing the SAP Basis team in the design, delivery, and operation of SAP systems
+ Planning, coordinating, and overseeing SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations
+ Establishing and maintaining system configurations, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
+ Ensuring the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP correction and transport system
+ Ensuring regular backups and disaster recovery plans are operational and effective
+ Working closely with functional team members and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
+ Managing and resolving issues in the SAP landscape, including root cause analysis
+ Developing and maintaining documentation for SAP system configurations and procedures
+ Leading on Technology projects - installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, conversion, greenfield implementation, integration with other systems
+ Provide architectural guidance on cloud migration (GCP, Azure)
+ Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
+ Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
+ Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
+ Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuously learn about SAP products.

Join Takeda as a **Contract and Facility Management Expert** to oversee facility operations at our new R&D site in Aspern Seestadt. In this critical role, you will support the control of the execution of contracts and collaborate with outsourced vendors through Takeda's Integrated Facility Management (IFM) program, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and ensure timely execution of outsourced vendor contract deliverables while meeting service obligations.
+ Act as the point of contact for coordination, ensuring adherence to procurement, legal, and local regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with our vendors and Takeda teams for budget control, managing purchase orders, invoice tracking, accruals, and financial aspects.
+ Support the preparation and management of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
+ Partner closely with the External Business Management team to align operational activities.
+ Maintain compliance with Takeda's policies, regulatory standards, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
+ Provide operational support, including managing R&D meeting schedules and setting up rooms via the TANGO system.
