Boeing Australia's **Process Improvement and Change Practitioner** will provide essential support to the Global Trade Control (GTC) team and Boeing Australia's programs, by helping the business navigate process, workflow, tool and behavioural changes in alignment with trade control requirements eventuating from trade control reform _._ The is a **Brisbane** based role with a **hybrid work model.**
The GTC process improvement and change practitioner will require methodical attention to detail, working with GTC to identify, co-develop and implement business-wide process changes in support of our trade control compliance posture and ensure effective integration of changes in a complex organisational environment.
Spanning the analysis, design and implementation of process improvements, this role contributes to an uplift in Boeing Australia's trade control capabilities by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and supporting change initiatives that enable compliance and enhance customer satisfaction. The practitioner also plays a key role in change management, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Navigate the Regulatory and Organisational Environment
+ Develop an understanding of, and implement changes to, Boeing Australia's existing trade control processes, tools and workflows used to effect organizational compliance.
+ Work with GTC Manager and Trade Control Specialists to understand emerging requirements, as per legislative updates.
+ Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify where GTC requirements and processes must be included / updated / considered in their processes, policies and tools.
Change Management Planning
+ Undertake impact analysis and stakeholder assessments.
+ Develop and implement change management plans that embed change and mitigate risk.
+ Undertake training needs assessments as required and develop, or facilitate the development of, training materials.
+ Prepare and coordinate the distribution of communication materials related to change initiatives, including updates and reports.
+ Maintain and update enduring GTC communications material, such as the GTC intranet and other resources.
+ Develop and participate in GTC change management processes to ensure appropriate governance of change.
Process Management and Improvement
+ Co-design processes, tools, workflows, guidance, command media to support the roll out and implementation of legislative and Enterprise changes across Boeing Australia and its programs.
+ Design and lead process and workflow improvements across the GTC team, to improve and create efficiencies.
+ Seek opportunities to integrate GTC processes with other departmental change management processes such as program and system baseline change management.
+ Support the development and implementation of process management strategies to enhance routine tasks and create capacity for ad-hoc projects.
Participate in Continuous Improvement
+ Engage in continuous improvement by aligning to best practices, applying lessons learnt and maturing the change management capability and GTC processes.
+ Support the implementation of feedback mechanisms to enhance GTC processes and future change management activities.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 3+ years' experience in change management
+ Strong organisational skills with ability to deliver and assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong process development skills with the ability to create, document, and communicate processes in a clear and structured manner.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams and ability to create meaningful working relationships across disciplines.
+ Highly proficient communications skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling communication including presentations, training material, internal news articles and other artefacts as required.
+ Australian citizen with the ability to meet defence security requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Ability to contextualise regulatory requirements for application in a complex organisation.
+ Certifications in change management, continuous improvement, project management (e.g., Prosci, Lean, PMP)
+ A keen interest in process management methodologies and tools

Requirements
+ A degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university
+ Demonstrated experience working on programs utilizing foreign currency
+ Demonstrated analytical skills and programmatic planning for budgeting and contract management oversight
+ Demonstrated ability to meet short timelines
+ Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance

WW Amazon Business Operations is building the operations and supply chain solutions that will enable AB's rapid growth by re-engineering many parts of our supply chain to offer bulk, consolidated, pallet deliveries and many other services that business customers require. As an early team member in AB AU, you will be involved in helping re-imagine what a B2B supply chain should look like and playing a key role in the technology that will power our supply chain.
We are looking for Supply Chain Project Specialist in AU with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role will provide a great opportunity to build the foundations of Amazon's B2B supply chain in AU, and will work extensively in launching features in the complex last mile delivery space.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects with considerable impact across multiple organizations
- Development of overall project and program strategies, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
- Define the project (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.)
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for portfolio programs, providing visibility to milestones, and performance.
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve processes for Amazon Business operations

**Key responsibilities:**
