+ Facilitate the review of published market data to ensure we are capturing gaps in visibility in must win segments (e.g. MR, MI, Anesthesia, CVUS, GI)
+ Make recommendations that increase GEHCs visibility into addressable segments, whether best addressed by direct, in-direct, or alternate channels.
**Key success measures** : Market visibility %
**Commercial Efficiency and Accuracy**
Support the commercial team by building standard work and ongoing process improvements in the inquiry to order (ITO) process including for GEHC's 3 Equipment business segments (Imaging, Ultrasound and PCS)
+ Identification & removal of non value activities
+ Adoption, implementation & maintenance of sales tools, including rolling out new tools available via monthly IT Global Releases.
+ Identify local process improvement to reduce re-work & drive efficiency
+ Ensure GEHC order booking policies are understand and adopted
+ Manage the team, currently 1 contractor, of ITO specialists.
**Key success measures** : Clean orders %, low rate of OCCRs (value TBD)
**Funnel Development and Management**
+ Assemble the system and analytical tools that ensure all aged GE IB is captured as future funnel.
+ Design, execute and monitor performance of Option and Upgrade (O+U) and End of Guaranteed Service (EOGS) programs.
+ Build and maintain competitive IB in SFDC to provide visibility to competitive opportunities
**Key success measures** : Funnel sufficiency
Be a central point of contact within the Commercial Operations Team for ANZ on CRM improvements of functionality and automation of data to ensure business relevance in dashboards and metrics.
Support the wider commercial business with projects as required
**Core Expectations**
+ This is a hybrid working role that combines office and working from home. It is expected that a minimum of 50% of work time is spent at a relevant GEHC office.
+ Whilst work can typically be completed during normal office hours there will be occasions where you are required to work outside of these times. For example, to attend regional or international calls.
+ Some interstate travel is expected estimated as 2 x 2-3 trips per quarter.

NTT DATA is looking for a Network Operations Team Lead to support a key project in Federal Government. This role will work within the NTT DATA Network Operations Centre (NOC) and collaborate with our Client to offer crucial managed services in support of nationally important networking and monitoring systems. This partnership aligns with our customer's mission of providing safe, secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible services. The role plays an important role in in the administration and support of the infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of security, safety and reliability.
The primary objective of the Network Operations Team Lead is to ensure contracted Managed Services outcomes are delivered to the client. This role supports the day-to-day managed services operations service delivery ensuring that their IT infrastructure and systems remain stable and operational. This is done through proactively managing, overseeing, monitoring, investigating, and resolving escalated technical incidents and problems, via standard processes and procedures and adherence to security and compliance controls.
**What You'll be Doing**
+ Monitor ticket queues and ensure tickets are regularly updated and escalated appropriately.
+ Work independently under general direction from the client, stakeholders, or senior manager to resolve escalated incidents and requests within agreed SLAs.
+ Provide support for escalated incidents and ensure timely escalation to management with ongoing updates.
+ Act as emergency support contact for critical client and business-impacting issues.
+ Drive service delivery to clients from the NOC Operations Centre, ensuring alignment with defined Service Management Service Operations (SMSO) processes.
+ Engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams for technical operations as part of routine service delivery.
+ Measure and analyse the team's delivery capabilities to support, maintain, and manage the technical aspects of managed solutions.
+ Implement training and development initiatives for direct reports, including goal setting, performance management, and succession planning.
+ Lead recruitment activities for vacant positions within the direct team.
+ Manage resources including leave, timesheets, on-call rosters, and coverage during peak periods (e.g., holidays or extended incidents).
+ Operate within Security and Compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to enterprise governance systems and policies including WHS, Environmental, Risk, and CASA regulations.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ You must be an **Australian Citizen** and hold an AGSVA Baseline clearance.
+ An AGSVA NV1 clearance or higher will be well regarded.
+ A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
+ Experience with leading a network operations support team.
+ Demonstrated experience in organisational change management, including transformational initiatives that support operational maturity and team development.
+ Relevant experience supporting domain towers such as Platform, Network, Collaboration/Customer Experience, Security, and Tools & Applications.
+ Experience working in secure environments with a strong understanding of compliance, governance, and operational risk frameworks.
