**Key Responsibilities:**
Navigate the Regulatory and Organisational Environment
+ Develop an understanding of, and implement changes to, Boeing Australia's existing trade control processes, tools and workflows used to effect organizational compliance.
+ Work with GTC Manager and Trade Control Specialists to understand emerging requirements, as per legislative updates.
+ Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify where GTC requirements and processes must be included / updated / considered in their processes, policies and tools.
Change Management Planning
+ Undertake impact analysis and stakeholder assessments.
+ Develop and implement change management plans that embed change and mitigate risk.

+ Engage in continuous improvement by aligning to best practices, applying lessons learnt and maturing the change management capability and GTC processes.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 3+ years' experience in change management
+ Strong organisational skills with ability to deliver and assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong process development skills with the ability to create, document, and communicate processes in a clear and structured manner.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams and ability to create meaningful working relationships across disciplines.
+ Highly proficient communications skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling communication including presentations, training material, internal news articles and other artefacts as required.
+ Australian citizen with the ability to meet defence security requirements.

**Role Description:**
The **Operations Support Engineers - 2/3** perform and oversee operational systems analysis, monitor daily and seasonal mission data trending and operational product improvements. They lead real-time anomaly resolution and recovery activities. OSEs perform a diverse set of tasks in support of real-time operations and operations development:
**Operations Support Engineer regular duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Serve as Responsible System Engineer (RSE)/Performance Monitoring Engineer (PME), review and report on multiple systems performance and trending data
+ Oversee and lead reviews, updates and validation of standard operating procedures, and training material for multiple generations of systems
+ Develop, maintain, and utilize necessary trending and monitoring tools/scripts in perl, python, MATLAB, DCL, etc.
+ Successfully complete and maintain an initial Systems Controller certification and progress to an Advanced Resource Controller certification while supporting a minimum requirement of real-time operations shifts per quarter

Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $18,900.00Salary Range 2: 97,500.00 - 146,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Amazon Logistics is looking for an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Shift Manager to drive innovation and execution in transportation networks. You should have the drive to motivate a team of individuals to meet targets and productivity expectations in line with company goals. You should be prepared to take responsibility for tracking the attendance and work flow of that team and work alongside the Operations Shift Manager to highlight and rectify issues as they arise.
Key job responsibilities
- Support in the development of a strong culture of health and safety practices and initiatives through the compliance with legislation and policy.
- Support daily management of department duties.
- Deputies for the Operations Shift Manager as required.
- Carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure that paperwork is accurately and fully completed.
- Carry out duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.)
- Assign work to staff as required to support the workflow and daily metrics.
- Support the Operations Shift Manager by ensuring there is sufficient resourcing for your function including call outs for training needs, absence and performance management, coaching and continuous monitoring of department productivity.
- Assist with the training of new associates to ensure they have the right knowledge to carry out tasks required.
- Assist the Operations Shift Manager with tracking, trending and reporting of departmental metrics.

+ Work with our operating system "Maestro" to Plan, execute and monitor import & export shipments

+ Prep and maintain temperature controlled shipments as required.
+ Provide the proper documentation to the agent/Marken Driver for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries.
+ Confirm that every recovery is complete by matching the information against the manifest during reception process.
+ Provide expedited dispatch to tender the shipments immediately after collection and alert the receiving agent/office.
+ Notify any discrepancies to the respective department, agent or Marken Office and update Maestro accordingly.
+ Confirm that the shipment is OK to Send to final destination and obtain Master Airway Bill "MAWB" consignment instructions.
+ Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination.
+ Condition shipments as required and update the proper milestones in Maestro.
+ Obtain a booking with the airline and consign the MAWB as instructed.
+ Enter the Route Leg for International Flights.
+ Send the Alert through Maestro.
+ Coordinate with Dispatch the drop off to the Airline as per the respective SOPs.
+ Use Daily Schedule Report and update Maestro with all departures from the airport
+ Handling of irregularities
+ Perform additional administrative work as deemed necessary.
