Oral Health Therapist / Dental Hygienist - Port Noarlunga SA
30 mins south of Adelaide | Coastal location | Commission + CPD
About the role
This established coastal dental clinic is seeking an Oral Health Therapist (preferred) or Dental Hygienist to join their supportive and experienced team. With a patient base booked 7 months in advance, you'll step into a steady workload offering a 50/50 mix of hygiene/perio and children's therapy, plus whitening and preventative care.
You'll be supported by dedicated staff including DAs, a sterilisation nurse and reception, with senior OHTs and dentists always available for collaboration and mentoring. Appointment lengths are flexible so you can deliver the best care without feeling rushed.
Key responsibilities:
Provide hygiene, perio, whitening & children's oral health therapy
Build patient relationships with a respectful, collaborative approach
Contribute to treatment planning with thorough notes & imaging
Achieve hourly financial goals while keeping care patient-focused
Skills & experience
Bachelor of Oral Health (extended scope welcomed) OR Dental Hygiene qualification
Adult therapy scope or children's therapy experience desirable
Confident with Dental 4 Windows, OPG, Zoom whitening & intraoral cameras
Team player, growth-minded and respectful communicator
Open to new graduates, mentoring provided

Saturday shifts at 1.5x pay (one Saturday off per month for balance)
