NTT Data is seeking a visionary Senior Director of GenAI and Business Transformation to lead the commercialization, positioning, and client adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) services. This leader will be responsible for driving growth by shaping and evangelizing NTT Data's GenAI offerings, collaborating with the GenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in APAC, leveraging proprietary IP, and forging strategic relationships with key technology vendors. The Senior Director will work cross-functionally and across multiple portfolios to enable our clients' GenAI transformation journeys-helping them reimagine their businesses, create new value, and gain competitive advantage through GenAI-powered solutions. Board-level engagement, business acumen, and technology leadership are critical for success in this highly visible and market-facing role.
**What You'll Be Doing**
**GenAI Business Leadership**
+ Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for GenAI-powered services and solutions across target industry sectors.
+ Lead the development and packaging of GenAI offerings, ensuring differentiation based on NTT Data capabilities and IP.
+ Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and shaping client demand for GenAI transformation.
**Client Transformation & Advisory**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and board-level executives, guiding them through their GenAI transformation journeys.
+ Work with clients to identify high-impact use cases, build business cases, and deliver GenAI-enabled business outcomes.
+ Lead high-stakes client engagements, workshops, and executive briefings to foster buy-in and strategic partnerships.
**Strategic Ecosystem & CoE Collaboration**
+ Partner with the GenAI CoE (APAC) to leverage latest research, accelerators, and delivery excellence in client engagements.
+ Build and maintain strong alliances with key technology vendors, ensuring access to leading-edge GenAI capabilities and co-innovation opportunities.
+ Collaborate across internal portfolios (Data & AI, Application Solutions, Industry Units, etc.) to deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions.
**Market Development & Thought Leadership**
+ Represent NTT Data in industry forums, conferences, and client events as a GenAI transformation thought leader.
+ Shape market perception and influence industry trends through publications, presentations, and strategic client conversations.
+ Continuously monitor the external GenAI landscape to inform offering development and competitive positioning.

+ Significantly vast demonstrated experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role preferably gained within a global technology services organization.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be an integral part in driving changes across Amazon's operations and supporting top-down and bottom-up changes across our logistic network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale end-to-end process changes and partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders to improve performance across multiple operational programs. You will be responsible for briefing senior leaders on portfolio performance across your assigned span of control. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to operators and managers while managing the successful delivery of projects and goals across multiple organizations.

- Develop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams.

As a Program Manager on the Flex Change Management team, you will work with initiative owners across Amazon Last Mile teams worldwide, assessing change scope, identifying and engaging key stakeholders, ensuring stakeholders are knowledgeable and prepared up and downstream for launch. You will ensure proper reviews or controls are in place and also provide senior Flex and Last Mile leaders worldwide with early visibility of key initiatives being launched.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
