We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver (HR) to join our team in regional Victoria. This is a full-time role offering stable employment and long-term career growth opportunities.
Key Duties:
Operate and drive heavy vehicles to transport goods and materials between locations.
Load and unload cargo ensuring safe handling of materials.
Conduct vehicle inspections, carry out basic maintenance, and report any mechanical issues.

Ensure compliance with WHS, road safety, and fatigue management requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a heavy vehicle driver.
Current valid Australian HR licence or higher (or equivalent overseas licence).
Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks.

+ Plan Work Activities: Read and interpret provided instructions and documentation to effectively plan and organize work activities.
+ Operate Company Vehicles: Safely operate company vehicles with a capacity of up to 30 tons to transport materials, tools, and equipment between work locations, supporting construction and maintenance activities.
+ Materials Transfer: Drive between warehouses to deliver operating materials and supplies, ensuring that items are transported safely and efficiently.
+ Load and Unload Vehicles: Manage the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring that all cargo is secure during transit and handled safely upon arrival.
+ Adhere to Safety Protocols: Strictly observe all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal safety equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
+ Maintain Vehicle and Equipment: Ensure that all operated vehicles and equipment are maintained in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors as necessary.
